Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nyon District

We had a great stay at Ioan’s place in Geneva! The apartment is very well located and walkable to most tourist sights. Great cofffee shops and restaurants are also close. Ioan is a great host and very communicative. The space was very well appointed with plenty of supplies. The home felt cozy and was a great space for our group to stay. Would stay here again without hesitation of returning to Geneva.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a family of four and we had our own car. The location was very convenient to explore the area. We felt immediately at home and we had everything we needed. We will for sure come back again.

Enjoyed the stay at Alessandro & Vanessa’s place - they responded quickly to messages and were very accommodating esp with the late check-out. Pros: - The apartment is spacious and spotless. - The bathtub, sink and toilet are all in one room which was nice. The other shower / sink is nicely upgraded and in the main bedroom as pictured. - The living space is in the front of the apartment looking out onto the street, bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment so was quiet even on weekend (Eurocup!) nights. Beds were very comfortable, we slept well. - Location is great, 2 blocks from the lake yet a relatively quiet street with bakery and small grocery store around the corner. Good bus connections too. - Building has easy to use access code and elevator. Note: - The elevators are between floors, so when exiting, need to walk up (or down) one stretch of steps - about 10 steps. Not ideal with heavy luggage or if need assistance. Overall a great experience and would go back!

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The host was responsive and helpful. The beautiful view from the balcony was a real bonus!

Whether enjoying morning coffee on the front deck or relaxing in the evening, the scenery was simply breathtaking. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat directly in front of the lake. What truly set this experience apart were the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always being readily available for any questions or needs. Wonderful apartment, well-equipped in a great location.

Hazeline is a friendly host, super welcoming and very good advice. The cottage is superb, comfortable with a beautiful decoration and ideally located: close to shops, the historic center of Saint Prex and the Lake. Very nice meetups on site. We were able to explore the surrounding area. Great weekend. Recommended.

Everything worked out well, nice convenient place in perfect location. Internet/Wifi was weak for several users at same time but we noticed internet was generally poor on our phones in most places in Geneva. Jacques was very responsive and friendly, with early and flexible check in/out.

Kiwii has the most characterful, gorgeous apartment in the centre of the city of Lausanne. The apartment has the most iconic views of the city I slept very well and the apartment is so peaceful, comfortable and I felt right at home. I would stay here again whenever I am in Lausanne It is a safe, well located apartment and Kiwii is the most gracious host.

This apartment is in my favorites, one of the only ones that has a washer and dryer and incredible privacy! I love to stay with Annabel , the instructions are clear , it's self checking and she always responds very well to messages

We stayed here for a few nights with 4 people in August and loved this compact property. It is as small as described, but everything is very well thought out, and you have plenty of outside space to enjoy (including the swimming pool, for a modest extra fee). We chose to eat at the house nearly every meal, to enjoy the outside space and the view across the lake. The owners are very friendly with just the right amount of contact, and clearly work hard to maintain the property and grounds. Highly recommended.

This home was very well appointed, felt lived in and had everything we needed for a long stay. The apt is one of several in a private community. It has a lovely pool, and super close walkable access to the train to Geneva or Versoix. There is a spiral staircase that is tough for the mobility impaired, in case that matters to you. Maria Leonor was very responsive and helpful. There are nice walking trails, but it's not super close to businesses like cafes etc. You should know that you can hear the train and planes from nearby airport, esp if sleeping with windows open.
