I booked Uli's apartment for business for an employee and I received very good feedback from him. The check-in went smoothly and my colleague immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is modern and cozy, as shown in the pictures. The apartment is nicely bright and very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you only have to go shopping to be able to cater for yourself. A discount store is within walking distance. Uli himself is a friendly host and it was a very nice stay. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

We felt extremely comfortable in the very high-quality equipped and well-maintained apartment. Eva could only "add" something to the dishes. The only downside in the otherwise very quiet apartment despite the super-central location was the event location next door, where a party with very loud music took place until late at night on Saturdays. Here, the city should be a little stricter about enforcing quiet hours and noise levels. Nevertheless, we highly recommend the apartment and host Eva.

We had a lovely stay at the nice apartment and it was all as described. Especially the short-term and quick communication with Monika is very helpful. It was well preheated and we had a good start right away, despite the very wintry temperatures outside. We are happy to recommend this place and would also stay there again. Place seemed sketchy at first but is an amazing place. Great city and community just absolutely loved it. Beautiful bathroom as well as kitchen. Had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for anything else.

A very great property with a lot of love for detail. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was very straightforward, friendly and accommodating. Dancinghaid is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Everything has been thought of in the house and you immediately feel comfortable. Always happy to stay again! 🌞

The place was lovely. The garden is unique and spacious. You can wonderfully concentrate on playing games and spending time together here. Wonderful for a weekend with friends or family. The dogs also felt very comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation in a historic cottage with lots of flair, great renovated and super cozily furnished. Top location in a small, quiet alley; bakery, restaurants, the recommended beer museum and a large, free parking is still only a few minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable here and will be happy to recommend the house of Kerstin and Robert in their circle of friends.

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We spent an extended weekend there for the 5th. We received all the information in advance and spontaneous changes were also responded to in a friendly and immediate manner. The place was spotlessly clean, everything from aluminum foil to hand mixer and plenty of towels available. We lacked nothing! Beautiful decor and quiet location are added. The place was a dream! We were there 4 adults with 3 children and a toddler over New Year's Eve and also for our youngest there was complete equipment and it was all child-proof. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything very neat and clean. You will find everything you need. Martin was a friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

There were clear instructions for everything, the apartment is clean and quiet and Elena always responded and was very flexible without being intrusive. We enjoyed it so much that we spontaneously booked 2 more nights.

We had a lovely stay. Check-in was quick and efficient (we also arrived 15 minutes after the agreed time because we forgot to change the bus and Dietmar had an appointment: D). On a hot summer day, it must be great to sit on the small terrace by the river. We only had time to sit there once. It's easy to get around by public transport from the apartment. As well as there is a supermarket close by (Edeka). You should be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor if you are difficult to walk or can barely lift your suitcase. The apartment is top decorated and a sea of choices for TV entertainment (Netflix, etc.). We didn't miss anything.
