Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Middle Franconia

We felt very comfortable with Tomi. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Tomi is a superb host; always responsive and helpful! Beautiful his garden with trampoline, swings...! Great that our grandchildren were able to use it! We will be happy to come back!

This is a great place to stay. Private and peaceful. Alexander and Viola have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. There is a mention in the description about the size of the bathroom - this wasn’t a problem for us at all - the shower is great. We would certainly return.

The perfect location in Nuremburg . The home is 5 minute walk into the main part of Old Town. It is located on a very quiet street and Anna keeps it very clean and stocked with anything you may need in the kitchen . It was a great stay and we appreciated Anna helping to get us to the airport early morning . Highly recommend her home as a stay

We spent a whole week with Stefanie and her family in the granny flat. It was a totally pleasant stay, the apartment is very bright, beautiful and tastefully decorated and has everything you need! Many thanks to the hosts, we felt very comfortable!

Quiet area, nice appartment, easy to reach public transportation and if you are interested, a large public pool right next to the appartment complex.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

We really enjoyed it! The apartment is well equipped and great for relaxing as a family after a day full of excursions :) The hostess was very very nice and always gladly helped us and responded quickly! Glad to come back!

Thank you very much for your warm welcome. Your place is perfect, there is nothing missing, the bedding is good and you have tastefully renovated. Plenty of space. Great for seeing deer, hares and deer next to the house. 10 minutes to rothenburg and medieval villages. Perfect place to visit the romantic road. Bed linens, towels, washing machine, dryer, sauna, bikes... And a very friendly family, a lot of kindness, discreet and attentive, a real address to remember and share. A big thank you to Susanne for the wonderful time in her cozy house. We immediately felt very comfortable and were able to relax wonderfully. Susanne is a very warm and generous host. The apartment is very well equipped as well as very clean and very well maintained. The room layout was also fantastic for us: everyone had their own retreat! Even in bad weather, you can get along very well as a family here. The restaurants in the immediate vicinity are tip-top. There are hiking trails (circular path) right from the front door. In general, the surroundings are very attractive: lots of nature and small, idyllic places. Nuremberg is just a stone's throw away. We will be very happy to come back, as a couple or four.

The apartment was exactly as described: modern, very clean and well equipped. The location is quiet and ideal for families as the Playmobil Funpark is nearby. Only the search for a parking space can take a while or end in a short walk :) The landlady was very friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt completely comfortable - clear recommendation!

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.
