Condo vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

Excellent Property, it's as shown in the pictures. Great location, super comfortable, really make you feel that you are at home. It has what you need to prepare your own food. Every detail of the house is incredible. The amenities of the condominium are excellent. Atención que te brindadn is timely and quick. We'll definitely be back with them. Thank you for all the attention.

We stayed for a week with friends who own a condo in a different tower. The condo was spacious and very clean. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views. We had a wonderful time and are considering staying again next year. One callout would be that the kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities like salt, pepper, dish soap or a sponge. Just a heads up that you will need to buy these or bring them with you.

It was really cozy and nice, very complete and functional. The host is super attentive, you just have to follow the rules to the letter, but the apartment is phenomenal, so if you want to spend a few pleasant days, I definitely recommend it.

Great place to enjoy with family

We're leaving happy and convinced that we'll return. The host is always friendly and attentive to any questions. The place is very nice and very safe at all times. Clean and comfortable common spaces. The tacos in front are delicious and the Oxxo is super practical. The beach is super close by. Definitely an excellent option.

Everything perfect very nice place but the security staff especially the lady who does the cleaning in the roof garden believes the owner of the building makes you feel like a person who is there for free without paying a stay since he does not let you wet anything in the pool area and very rude and despota , Jorge is the one of the other shift of the security staff.

I recommend it 100%, quiet, clean place and the hosts, my respects. Thank you Isabel and Francisco for everything.

Loved it. The facilities were outstanding. Great area. The bedroom was in the back so less noise. I loved the lap pool.

A great place to stay, with all the amenities and a great location

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

The condo is so spacious. The views are panoramic and spectacular. The community itself is really secure and serene. This is a great place for everyone who values peace and beauty over the downtown scene. It's easy to get downtown when you want to, but an escape like this is much harder to find. But now you have. Book it!

This Condo was great and with an amazing view. It had everything we needed, clean and very spacious. My family and I had a great time here. We loved the pools. The only thing that was missing was regular towels.. they only have pool towels and beach towels, but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Everything was excellent, I loved it, a very quiet and beautiful place! Just as it appears in the photos. The pool is warm and the beach is very close😉. Also, if you walk outside the condominium, you will find everything: restaurants, bars, tacos, Oxxo, etc. Luis the host, very good! Always friendly. Thank you very much, I hope to be back soon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment is in perfect condition, its amenities are as advertised. Huge TV in the living room, full kitchen, refrigerator with ice machine. Just a detail with the internal parking lot as there are not enough parking drawers for the number of apartments, or at least that's what security people mention. You have to be careful with the glass door of the shower since if it oscillates outwards, it is very difficult to return it, it is a good idea to put the towel on the edge.

Everything is very good, the apartment is as seen in the photos, communication with Angel was excellent.

Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Ximena's apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped to cook anything. Everything is impeccable and Ximena kindly arranged our check-in after hours (due to our arrival). Everything was truly excellent!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Thank you for taking care of every detail of an apartment full of warmth and excellent taste. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and everything in general is super clean and in good condition, clean towels and sheets without hair, comfortable beds, 10/10 everything, we will definitely come back! 😃 All the amenities offered by Maritima beach are excellent and the staff are very friendly, very good service. Suggestions: The grinder needs to be used with some frequency and keep the drain free of debris that can get stuck and clog due to lack of movement Roll-up blinds...especially the blackout ones in the bedrooms Too big and heavy. And it's very easy to get stuck in the aluminum doors of windows.

Perfect place to stay! It was close to everything. The place was nice and clean. The view was perfect and everyone was very nice and responsive!! Will definitely be back!
