Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Novigrad

Excellent place and excellent people! The owners were really nice and friendly. I really appreciated their flexibility for the check in and their help in showing us where to find markets, services and what to see nearby. The place is perfect for a family as it has a very large garden where children can play in a very safe environment. The apartment is well furnished and extremely clean and it is just next to a restaurant. It has a free and private parking lot. It is very close to Umag and others Istria cities are easily reachable! Very good price and an excellent quality! I strongly recommend this place as it was simply perfect.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We used the place as a base for a motorcycle vacation. Since we were traveling with a trailer, we needed a convenient location and enough space to maneuver. We had both of these in excellent measure at Emanuel's place. In addition, the house was perfect for us. We had enough privacy, the city was not far, shopping and restaurants were more than enough within the vicinity. Besides, Emanuel is a really nice guy. He was always nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable with him.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

Excellent stay at Marsha’s apartment. Exactly as the pictures show and even better in person. We loved how charming the unit was with some well taken care of antique furniture. Waking up to the arena everyday was a treat. Centrally located while still super easy to park around. We opted to pay (via the city) to do street parking, and we always found a spot right outside. Was a great base for us while exploring south istrian wines, beaches, and towns. Highly recommend, and hope we will return!

We really enjoyed this accommodation, quiet, very clean, comfortable and away from the tourist hustle and bustle! Great apartment, just 200 meters from the sea. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Quiet area and helpful hosts. Highly recommended for a peaceful beach vacation!

She’s a very responsible host, and helped me out a lot with the information about the city. the place was very cool, exceeding my expectations. Beautiful view of the Arena, and great location. It was one of the best Airbnb I have stayed for now.

To be honest this was really amazing experience. Right in the middle of town. The only thing is it’s a bit dated but it is indeed very well kept with old town charm as it is old town Novigrad. Definitely recommend if you are looking for centre location and amazing views. Zenija was very communicative, even on weekends. Definitely coming back place.

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

I spent almost a month in this flat and had a great time. It’s very spacious to begin with, I’ve got everything I need for a long stay. Alessandro is very responsive, helpful and kind. The location is a bit of walk to the center but I take it as daily exercises. Will come back next time!

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Simon and his wife have the perfect system for visiting Piran. The two best restaurants in town are directly below the apartment. Would stay again without hesitation.
