Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Novigrad

There were 4 of us and we spent 10 days in this wonderful house. The house was very clean and well maintained, everything you need was available. Everything matched the photos and the location was very private and quiet. We landed very early, but it was no problem to get into the house much earlier and also check out an hour later was possible. Branko and Maria greeted us very warmly and were friendly and helpful the whole time and brought us cookies or wine, for example. The beach in Rabac is about a 20-minute drive and a Lidl, dm or Spar are about a 15-minute drive. There are nice options for dining out in Labin. We were completely satisfied with the house and the hospitality and can recommend the house without hesitation.

A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! In this beautiful apartment, it was simply unforgettable! The place is modern and tastefully decorated and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well-maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

Host requested 15 min notification prior to arrival and easily navigated us to parking spot right outside of door. She was so kind and gave us quick instructions on the lights, water and locking the doors. Also-EXCELLENT recommendations for food and must see attractions in Pula. Lovely short walk to the arena and then walk as long as you like to shopping and coast.

We had a very relaxing and quiet vacation at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered all comforts: Located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance to the small, charming town of Bale. An all-around successful stay! We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and directly supplied with a cold drink. The place was ideal for us ( 2 adults+1 baby). Not far from the place there are beautiful coves that we visited early, we spent lunch by the pool, the umbrellas give sufficient shade and on very hot days we appreciated the existing AC. The place is very clean and maintained with attention to detail. we would🐶 travel back to Bozica & Gusti any time

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Dragana was always very helpful, for any need or advice, the response was always timely. The apartment had just been cleaned upon our arrival, the kitchen and the premises were equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was the setting for countless sunset dinners. The first beach was about a three-minute bike ride away, while the old town was about fifteen minutes away. Supermarkets were easily accessible both by bike and on foot. The residential complex was very quiet. Thank you Dragana for your hospitality and hope to see you again soon. Highly recommended!

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s BnB with our one-year-old. The apartment has a bright, airy, and loft-like feel, and it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. Its location is ideal — just a short walk from the Max City shopping centre for anything you might need, yet the neighborhood remains peaceful and residential. The nearby beach is stunning and never felt crowded. Most importantly, Sara is an exceptional host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. We truly felt taken care of!

Nice clean place to stay. Completely sufficient for 2 people. The city center is within walking distance.
