The house stands on a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. Enjoy a relaxing break, whether you're passing through or wanting to stay for a few days.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelák at the foot of the Iron Mountains in the PLA, we knew that we wanted to share it and give it to other people. Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

A new and equipped cottage with a covered porch in a quiet location on the edge of the Ratmírov Pond. There's a smaller annex from the back of the cottage where you can store your bikes. Inside there is a stove top, kettle, built-in refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning/electric heating, TV. Dog fee 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy property and a fence. The apartment is located in the heart of Brno itself. The air-conditioned apartment is very easily accessible, as it is located 2 minutes from the main train station. There is a fully equipped kitchen, stove, and refrigerator, as well as a dining table. The bathroom features a modern shower. We focused on detail and comfort.
