Villa vacation rentals in Notre-Dame-de-Monts

We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.

We had a pleasant stay in Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect (well-equipped and nicely decorated). Accessible bike paths for family rides, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l'Auzance" for horseback riding and pony rides for the kids.

We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

We appreciated Marc's availability. He was waiting for us at the accommodation to show us around, to give us these valuable tips. During the stay he takes care of our well-being in this accommodation, and asks us if we need anything. Everything was fine since the equipment was perfect. A good place to keep for other weekends. Charming house, very bright, nicely decorated. You feel good from the moment you enter! Like at home . Very good location in Pornic. Convenient parking. Well-equipped, you can cook there easily. Very nice garden. We'll be back!

We had a great weekend with my family in this beautiful home. Bruno and Colette were very responsive, friendly and accommodating Due to its location close to the sea, it is a nice and relaxing place. With a vast area that has received all of us. Thank you:)

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with a superb sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets… thank you for hosting us.

The house is as described, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and ten minutes from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the listing description but I think that given the rental price it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there are no basic groceries (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) or basic hygiene (toilet paper, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, the cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

Really enjoyed our stay, shared between 2 families. Lovely, spacious home which is well equipped and with great outdoor space. Rural location with shops and small towns a short drive away. Small leak discovered half way through our stay but Pierre was responsive throughout and helpful with our initial queries. Would recommend for families - thanks Pierre.

Solène is very available to answer all our questions, flexible on check-in and checkout times. Listing as described, very nice indoor pool! I would recommend it.

A lovely spacious extremely well equipped property. Kids enjoyed the pool. Located in a private development of holiday homes, local beach was walkable and Les Sables D'Olonne was a short drive. Host communicated well and we were met at the property by the host's representative which worked well.

Excellent vacation. The small concierge was attentive and very accommodating for check-in and checkout. Accommodation is compliant, heated pool a plus. Mattresses / beds should be upgraded a little.

Sophie is a responsive, pleasant, and available host. The accommodation is impeccable and perfectly suited to a family. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to enjoy the Atlantic coast.

Everything was perfect! Excellent exchanges with Delphine and Thomas who were very welcoming. We had a lovely stay enjoying the house and the outdoors (swimming pool and outdoor games for children)!

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Small welcome snack with very friendly coffee. We enjoyed the company of Minette, the family's little cat. We recommend this place if you want to have a good time as a couple. We couldn't enjoy the pool. This is the little extra of this rental. Thanks

The villa is superb and is very well-equipped! The terrace with the pool is super nice. The villa is a short walk to the beach and is located in a quiet area close to all amenities. We had a great weekend with our family! Laetitia is a superb host and I would 100% recommend this villa!
