We spent our winterbreak holiday at her place for the second time around. It felt like a home away from home. It has newly renovated bathroom. Almost everything we needed was readily available. Berit was very welcoming. The kids had fun and we would denitely come back. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The location is absolutely amazing—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The view from the house is truly breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The house itself was spotless and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We also really appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made it perfect for our small family. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended! And we will be back for sure!

This cabin is just wonderful and our 2 families had an excellent stay. You can walk/ ski to the piste easily and there’s a great space for learners just there. Everything you need including a really good drying room/ store & sauna is there & the kitchen is well equipped and there’s games etc too. There is parking for 2 cars. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms lovely- we would all like to come back one day. Gausta is a small resort good for all types of skiing but also has a lovely hotel with great floating sauna/ bar. We drove to the telemark husky company at rauland ski area and stopped at a great cafe with huge snow play area on the way- would definitely recommend as a day out! Eric’s place was great- and he was super helpful

What an incredibly beautiful house and beautiful place this was! Especially with the beautiful weather we had, we thoroughly enjoyed it! Waking up in the morning with the view of the lake and the sun on the terrace and then the doors wide open...... That was really a gift! Karoline informed us well about what there was to do but was especially an exceptionally hospitable owner. There was everything in stock in the house we were allowed to use that I have never experienced before. Thank you for this wonderful week!

We're really happy with your stay! The apartment was very central, which made it easy to get around and experience the area. Maybe the cleanest and tidy apartment we have borrowed. The host responded immediately with questions. Lots of towels, coffee pods, etc. The apartment is newly renovated and modern, and appears very welcoming. Heated and ready jacuzzi was a highlight! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment, slightly darker than the pictures show, but very stylish, spotless and brand new. Location is quiet but close to the slope and great views. The garage with loading facilities is absolutely great and Thor is a great host and helps with tips.

Great stay in a great location! The apartment had everything we needed. With a very short way to the ski slope, the kids could run a little alone in the plate lift right next door, while we adults dressed and got ready for the day. We were 3 families with children of 6 adults and 5 children who enjoyed this house. The house was big enough, so that the stay was not "ruined" by the bad weather. Relatively short distance (car) to trampoline park and water park were good replacements for Foldvik.
