We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was as described, simple, traditional, cosy and with amazing view! The best part was being completely in the nature. And we also went to Gaustatoppen for a hike. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a distraction from the busy city, and want to enjoy simple cabin life surrounded by amazing nature. :)

We were two families with 4 small children on a trip. Great cabin with lots of nice toys for the little ones both outside and inside. Short way up to Liatoppen with brilliant trails in the mountains. The tour past the sports chapel, up to Solobua and down again to the parking is recommended with the little ones. Nice cabin, we would love to come back again 😀

What an amazing place! We were 4 adults and 4 kids spending a winter weekend there and our kids didn't want to go home! Even though we were unfortunate with the weather, it was a lot of fun to do both outside and inside. The cabin itself is very cozy, has many beds and a charming old dining table where we gathered both for meals and board games. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities. The kids were overjoyed to pick eggs in the morning. In the area there are both hiking and skiing opportunities, and it is probably lovely there in the summer as well. The fire pit is stunning, with plenty of space for many around the fire. Both adults and children enjoyed themselves in the hot tub – it felt almost like a luxury experience! The hosts are very nice and helpful, respond quickly and provide all the information you need. This place is absolutely worth a visit, no matter the weather and season! We have already boasted of it to all our friends.

What an amazing place! Lots to do in the nearby area, sheltered and private, and at the same time only 2 kilometers to the nearest grocery store. The cabin was incredibly cosy, and had absolutely everything you would need. The stamp had a splendid view! Ole and Benedicte are fantastic hosts, and had great communication both before and during their stay. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic cozy cabin! Perfect for couples or families with children. The cabin is located on a hill between two waters, with a lovely undisturbed morning view. The decor is delicious with a mix of rustic and modern, all the necessary equipment for cooking and serving, and good beds. The hosts responded really quickly and were really helpful with everything! Several hiking, fishing and paddling opportunities nearby. Would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a few days lovely cabino!

Sure! Here’s the translation: I believe that if someone is looking for happiness, they can find it in this house. A place full of peace, harmony, charm, and magic. Jan and Cecilia, the owners, were perfect: kind, attentive, friendly—they responded to everything we needed and were incredibly warm and helpful, even allowing us to live unique experiences with the dogs and sleds. The house has all kinds of amenities and more. It is beautifully decorated and exudes a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Without a doubt, it’s a place to return to. We can only say thanks to them because they allowed us to increase our happiness and moments that we’ll treasure forever.

The cottage was super cosy and warm as soon as we arrived. The place is beautiful and host was very Dag-Willy was very responsive though we were quite late at arrival. The house was well equipped and had lots and lots of board games. We were 6 of us, so the living room felt a bit congested but that what makes it cozy. The rooms were quite good and bathroom was the best. Clean, tidy and spacious. Much recommended!!

Excellent house near the ski slope at the bottom of the mountain. That also means that during the day the sun does not shine on the terraces. The house is well decorated, feels comfortable when it has warmed up (it was -23C) and was spacious enough for the six people we were with. Two cars fit well with the house. The road was kept neatly snow-free. There were no appliances broken, everything was tidy and we would book it again. Great place, good host, nothing to complain about.

Eva not say enough about this beautiful house. The location was picturesque and tranquil, we enjoyed sipping our nespresso looking at the view. There was more than enough space for two families, even though we were only three. We had a sauna every day and were lucky to have some snow. The beds were heavenly, we slept in every day. We did some skiing at Panorama Vradal right down the road. Kiki was super responsive in helping us figure things out. Her place is perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back!!

A beautiful place to stay with a panoramic over the lake. The place itself feels like coming home away from home. Plenty of boardgames in the cupboard and a sauna to rent. The host is wonderful and does her utmost to make you feel at home. Will definitely rent again when I pass through the area.
