We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

We really enjoyed our stay in very. clean and comfortable accommodation. Loved the garden, short walk to town and coastal walks. We made good use of the excellent coastal bus service.

This was a return visit to the property. It is a lovely home set in tranquil surroundings yet only a 15 minute drive to Wells next to the Sea along quiet roads. The house is superbly equipped and immaculate. Plenty of space indoors and a lovely secluded garden with great countryside views as well as comfortable garden furniture. Secure for dogs. Plenty of off street parking for two cars. Another fantastic stay and our go to property when visiting Norfolk. Julia is a great host who clearly makes sure everything is there to facilitate a pleasurable home from home stay

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

Lovely private cottage at the end of a row. Very peaceful and central to all the nice things North Norfolk has to offer. Country Park on the doorstep great for dog walking. Secure garden, easy for the dog Hosts were very responsive to any queries we had. Cottage was lovely- super en suite shower and loved the range cooker ! Jo, Terry and Eddie the dog x

We had a great couple of days at Merries Byre - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was lovely and in a great location. Even the weather held out for us!

Really enjoyed our stay- very clean, clear instructions with self check in and just a 1 minute walk to the marina. We requested a cot for our baby which was all set up when we arrived. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

We had a delightful stay at Holt. Parva House was utterly charming and we had everything we need. We were also greeted by welcoming touches like fresh flowers, a bottle of prosecco and a Victoria Sponge which we greedily devoured. Steven, our host was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Overall, a lovely country weekend away.

Rosemarys place was wonderful! Communication was perfect throughout, very lovely lady. The caravan was so well equipped and had such a lovely homely feel, really quiet part of the park aswell. Will definitely be back again. Thanks so much.

Wow what a lovely place to stay! It’s immaculate and has so much included what with the Hamper on arrival, kids toys and books and games, DVDS, spotlessly clean and the quality of the linen impressive! I would go as far as saying it’s the cleanest place we have stayed and in terms of location it’s perfect! All in walking distance! Comfy beds and sofas! I can not fault this place one bit! If you book you will not be disappointed! It’s on a lovely site with pool £4 per child and £5 per adult well worth it so clean and tidy! Lovely bar on site too all dog friendly! Get booking you will not be disappointed!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

We booked a few nights away, very well kept and clean chalet. Hosts were very attentive to any messages or questions we had. Made our weekend very enjoyable and we will be booking again

Having Autistic children makes holidays very difficult for us, but this was the best holiday we’ve had! The pool was by far the best bit, we spent hours in it everyday. It was warm and very clean. The cottage was cozy and had everything you needed. Great location, so much to do within a short drive and lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Andy and Fi xx

We booked The Threshing Barn and it did not disappoint! We loved the rural setting, relaxing in the spa and just chilling out at the house! We made use of the bbq on the first night too! A very peaceful and enjoyable stay! Not to mention there’s a field to walk the dog around in the mornings and before bed :)

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

We had a lovely five day break in Southwold, staying at Corins fab bungalow. The weather was amazing for mid-May and the house, and location, were perfect. Our dog Maxx enjoyed it too, the garden was escape-proof and there was some treats there for him, as well as us, on arrival, n ice touch! We would highly recommend 39 Kingfisher Crescent.

Norfolk perfection! Such a tranquil setting so quiet and peaceful, but easy to find with off road parking. Exceeded our expectations, the cottage is beautifully decorated, so very well equipped everything you can think of and more. Soft fully towels, very comfortable bed with the most luxurious bed linen. 5* all the way, highly recommend!

Lovely Airbnb beautifully clean and so peaceful sitting out in the garden. Mario was a wonderful host who welcomed us when we arrived and checked everything was ok and was happy to answer questions about the local area. The house is a good size and has everything you could need. Toby the dog is so lovely he came to say hello every day. We walked into Cromer which is about 15 minutes and there is a Morrisons and Lidl close by. We had a lovely day visiting Wells Next to the Sea and hired a boat in Wroxham.

We had a great stay at Sorrel's place. The location is beautiful and very private. Beds were comfy and there was enough room of a family of 4. Sorrel was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A great little place with its own secure garden overlooking the countryside. Very peaceful but with easy access to Snape Maltings with its cafe shops and music venue. We aim to be back!

Fantastic place to stay, great location, beach, pub, and fish and chip shop within a stones throw, I couldn't have wished for better. I was met by Lynette who was very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Sand Dude Cottages are a gem of a place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate in returning (and I will). And I can highly recommend it.

Beautiful location and a wonderful place to stay. Very quiet and a perfect spot to get away from everything. The cottage is perfect for two couples- clean, comfortable and everything you need. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at.
