What a gem of a place! Book it now, you will be thrilled! The unit itself is very easy to access, nice and clean and has everything that you could want. You can't beat the location - overlooking the lake, great walking and restaurants near by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a wonderful airbnb. The living room has two walls of windows overlooking the lake and is a bright and comfortable place to spend time. Everything was spotless and well stocked. I looked forward to coming home each day just to spend time here. We couldn't recommend more highly.

Had a great stay at Ian's place. I stayed there with someone who is in a wheelchair. I would say the place is relatively wheelchair accessible. Entrances all had disabled access, no handles in the bathrooms but we were able to survive.

The appearance of the Northern Lights from the window was easy to understand, and it was great to have a private space!The host was very friendly and lived on the same premises, so I was able to help as soon as I needed it. I was not good at English, but I was able to communicate smoothly by message, which was very helpful. Would love to come back again!

Delilah is the most friendly Airbnb host I have met, and it’s one of my best Airbnb stay with the most delicious breakfast. She even offered to cook us dinner upon finding out we are arriving very late. The home is very warm and nice, and Delilah is always very friendly and offer lots of good advice for places around the area. The aurora is visible right from the bedroom window and the location is perfect for driving the ice road, and some peace away from downtown with minimal light pollution for good aurora viewing right at the yard, but close enough only 3 mins drive to food. Room is very clean and neat, and feels like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

Lindsay is very friendly and kind. She was quick to respond to our messages and to sort things out for us. Her home is beautiful and spacious. According to the kids it’s a mansion! The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of kitchen appliances, tools, plates, basic spices and condiments. Great view of the lake with a walking trail in a quiet neighbourhood. Our skate team definitely wants to come back.

We stayed here while my parents were visiting and it was the perfect setting for a family to spend several nights out of town. Fiona’s personal touches to her space and the kind messages paired with the treats were top notch. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

An Airbnb experience beyond our expectations! This little cabin, though nestled in the middle of nowhere, exceeded everything we had imagined. Angela has an incredible taste in decor and furniture, making the space cozy and inviting. We stocked up on groceries before arriving and spent our mornings cooking breakfast together, afternoons taking photos and playing outside the cabin, and evenings warming ourselves by the outdoor fire. For three whole days, we forgot about work and daily life, fully immersing ourselves in the serene, carefree moments. Angela’s two dogs, her two horses, and her warm, welcoming family truly made us feel at home. Although we didn’t catch the Northern Lights this time, it only gives us more reason to return. By far the best Airbnb experience we’ve had so far!
