Condo vacation rentals in Northwest Territories

My dad stayed at Valerii’s condo and stayed that everything was fantastic! Valerii was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. This is a new condo right on river with beautiful surroundings. Cafes, bakeries right outside the doors. My dad loved everything about his stay. Thank you Valerii!

Andy’s rental was at a perfect location in downtown Whitehorse with so many things being walking distance. His place had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The place was extremely clean and comfy. Andy himself was a great host and always responded fast and very helpful. We also met some of the neighbours and they were very friendly and had suggestions for things to do and places to see. I definitely plan on coming back to the Yukon and make sure to rent from Andy again. HIGHLY recommend.

As, usual Yvonne’s place is a winner. And she is such a thoughtful and kind host. The place is spotless and I always look forward to the treats Yvonne leaves. This time it was St Paddy’s Day cupcakes and chocolate. 10/10.

The luxury and vast space of this stay were truly remarkable—unexpected and nearly shocking in its comfort. However, the check-in process needs improvement. After booking, I received a "Boarding Pass" request, which included an option to pay CAD 52 for a damage waiver. The only available selection was to pay, so I ignored it, assuming it was optional. I had no idea that without paying this additional fee (outside of Airbnb), I wouldn’t receive the check-in instructions. Upon arrival, I realized the instructions were nowhere to be found. Since we stay in dozens of Airbnbs each year without issues, I was completely unsuspecting. As it was after hours, I finally decided to pay the unconventional fee, and—surprise—I received the instructions immediately. Shortly after, the host contacted me and refunded the fee, which I appreciated.

I would highly recommend staying here. It was extremely clean, homely and Erin was a great host! Walkable to downtown and old town. Erin was very responsive and made check in and check out super easy. Will be staying again!

Sandy's condo was absolutely perfect for our trip to Whitehorse. It was spacious and clean and within walking distance to restaurants and downtown Whitehorse. His communication was great. We even saw the aurora from the balcony! We hope to return one day!

This is an amazing comfortable place with brand new luxury amenities. The Panasonic leather massage chair is what I love about this place. Every time I am going to Whitehorse I book this place ahead of time.!Thank you Laila for the breakfast items.

Absolutely luxury unit with very comfortable mattress variety of luxury pillows and bedding. The Panasonic leather massage chair, large TVs in each room and all the other luxury amenities make this place unique. Very comfortable condo with well equipped kitchen in a convenient location with parking. Would definitely recommend. Note that although the building is riverfront the condo faces away from the river but the view from the rooftop deck is good.

Very nice condo in great downtown location. Easy to get to most restaurants and businesses. Benjamin was quick to respond to questions and got us additional amenities when asked. Lots of space, bed was very firm but had everything needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Benjamin’s Neighbourly North place. It was the perfect place for us to stay for our working week in Whitehorse. It is very close to main street and a number of restaurants and coffee shops. There are nice walks that you can do in the surrounding neighbourhood that are surprisingly natural as it is near the bluffs and Yukon River.

Stayed for a week with another couple. We went XC skiing, hiking and toured the town and some museums. We had plenty of space, the townhouse was very clean, and had the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Short drive from downtown, numerous trails and about 20 minutes from the hot springs. Would recommend and stay again!

This property was exactly as described and pictured. Very nice property, building and location. Walking distance to grocery stores and Whitehorse main Street. Neighborly North and their staff are responsive, kind, helpful, and delightful. I will absolutely be looking at staying at their properties in the future.

We were very comfortable and Benjamin responded quickly to any message. The kitchen was good and bed comfortable. Location was perfect for downtown life. We would return.
