Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Northern Samar

From our arrival in the peaceful town of Talaonga and warm reception at Ocean Beach Resort, our two week vacation was far better than anything we could have expected. The resort is owned and managed by a family of educators/teachers in the most friendly and peaceful community of Bicol. We enjoyed quiet and peaceful moments as well as vibrant and energetic parties. We celebrated a birthday and bonded with family and friends during our stay. Swimming at sunrise and sunset and enjoying fresh ocean breezes during the day. Fully equipped kitchens made meal preparations fun and social for all of us. This is a warm and approachable family and host. We were given as much privacy as we wanted and were well received when we asked to arrange for food, cake, decorations and transportation of guests. This family knows everyone in town and enjoys bringing people together. I highly recommend Ocean View Resort and I look forward to returning soon to visit my new friends.

This is a really affordable , real comfortable place that offers the basic amenities we are looking for . We enjoyed the comfy bed and big plus for having hot water shower . Truly a great stay and thanks to the host for being friendly and responsive to all our little concerns .

Great location for travellers.. close to Matnog port, ticketing office and processing. Perfect area to wait for your queue. Aircon is very efficient, cooling is great. toilet/bathroom has a good design. It would be great if the basic toiletries were provided especially toilet tissue and maybe just a small basic soap for hand washing. But overall it was great!

although my stay is quick, we enjoyed it so much that the next time u will add more days to stay in this beautiful property.

The place is a hidden gem with lush surroundings, a peaceful sleepy town (ideal for resting and relaxing), and an incredible beach view—the best one could ask for! It's among the best spots in Luzon. As for the hosts, they were incredibly accommodating, courteous, and hospitable. However, do note that there's weak to no mobile data and network signal there. It might just be the best place to disconnect from the online world, exactly as you prefer. (They do have WiFi available although intermittent)
