I can highly recommen this beautiful AirBnB. For us it was an absolute dream come true. The house is big and has an amazing kitchen + living room with a home cinema. They were very kind with food and supplies. The sauna is also amazing! We even saw northern lights there on the first 2 nights. So lucky!! :)

We enjoyed our brief stopover at the cabin! The location is beautiful and entry was easy after we found the place inside Rokua National Park. The indoor sauna was refreshing after a long day of travel, and the cozy minimalist decor made us feel so relaxed and at home. We didn’t have much time to enjoy the outdoor space, but the covered and snow-free balcony was lovely as well. Highly recommend!

The house was worth the price. Everything you need is there. Everything went well.

Thanks to the host family for the time in their beautiful house. It is really very big and offers plenty of space. We used the sauna inside and out every day. The communication with the host family was perfect at all times. We all felt very comfortable here and thank you also for the beautifully decorated Christmas tree.

This was a great place to stay for groups! Good amount of living space to hang out and spend time. The Sauna was lovely to use each night, especially as we came in winter when it was still snowing and cold! It’s a bit of a walk into town, so as long as you’re ok with that or have a car or use taxis. But the walk is easy and you get to see some of the scenery. Would absolutely recommend as a place to stay and Daria was lovely!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. The magnificent lake closeby, the remoteness and still having Pello and Rovaniemi at a good driving distance, the quietness and every morning that lovely view from all of the windows, the sauna, the crisp morning air, ....we look back at a fantastic time : we fell in love with Pello-Lappi. Thank you Aini and Risto and Hanna, for letting us spend time on your property ; it was a privilege. Thank you for the personal stories you shared, for your kindness, your friendlyness. We would love to be back and see the place in an other season.

We had a great time. The house is exceptional (and very well-equipped), the place is amazing... Everything was perfect! You don't feel like you're in a rental house but with friends... This house has a "soul"! Paula is an extremely kind and helpful person. Our children (6 years old and 7 and a half years old) had fun both outside creating toboggan runs, snowmen and inside (games are available for children of all ages: lego, board games, puzzles...). On Paula's advice we did some beautiful hikes suitable for children (riisitunturi, myllykoski, korouoma,...). Numerous activities can be reached within 20/30 minutes by car (dog sledding, snowmobiling, skiing, reindeer farm...). To summarize: exceptional stay! Thanks again to Meeri, Paula and Aarne for this dream vacation!

Excellent villa, we fully enjoyed staying there and love Lapland. Pello is a quite authentic area to spend vacations.

We had a wonderful stay at Jukka and Heidi’s place! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The instructions were clear, and communication with our hosts was always friendly and helpful. The location was great, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of Lapland. Annukka's house is just perfect, perfect location, beautiful surroundings, it had everything we could ever need to enjoy our stay plus more. we felt so at home and had a perfect family Christmas here. could not wish for anything more. Annukka also went above and beyond if we needed any help or advice.

Excellent, really happy to recommend to the following! It was a pleasure to come to a really tidy cottage (often there's a bit of it and I saw the cleanliness). Spacious living areas and an open kitchen and bedrooms separate, perfect for getting together and a little privacy for everyone. In addition, the couch nooks in the basement and the top made a little more space for teens. The house was super functional and stylish, with everything we needed, even board games and books. Antti responded to all messages very quickly, and all questions were helped. We'd love to go again.

Our stay at Arcticmint was an incredible experience, the peaceful and picturesque location on a lakeshore was mesmerising. The villa was beautifully appointed and spacious with all the comforts one could need but the star of the stay was our host Jaana, who was so caring, funny and dedicated to making our stay perfect, part of the reason we booked and we were so right in that decision. With experiences such as a delicious Finnish dinner cooked in front of us (whilst we we popping out to look at The Northern Lights) to forest skiing with her brother-in-law Kyle who runs ArcticFox adventures and had such an amazing aspect and passion for nature and the environment, to accompanying us on our snowmobile tour, Jaana was there making it exceptional. Every box was ticked on this Finnish adventure we could not have wished for more.

The highlight of our stay in Finland! Such a great house at such a beautiful location, brand new and super clean, equipped with everything one needs for a good stay. The sauna and jacuzzi are amazing, especially with those views. I can highly recommend staying here, you will love it!

We felt very comfortable. In a beautiful place. In the city still in the greenery and by the river. The outdoor area with the great view could be even more cozy. The grill was not enough for me (small and too little heat). Still a great stay.

Jari’s home is amazing, and Jari himself is genuinely the best host we’ve ever had. We were two families staying over NYE. 3 kids under 5 and four adults. The space was perfect for us - everyone had their own space, and there were even tons of toys that the kids could play with during our stay (which they loved!). The home is modern with everything you need, and the views over the lake are incredible. We thought we would be traveling into town a lot, but ended up loving the home so much that we spent all of our time there. Jari also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Was super responsive with recommendations and answers to questions, and really helped us feel at home during our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning new log villa on the shores of Lake Rukajärvi, and it was an experience beyond compare. This property combines the best of both modern luxury and natural beauty, offering an exceptional getaway. The serene lakeside setting provides a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. The design of the villa is both elegant and functional. Downstairs features two spacious bedrooms, a separate toilet, a utility room, and a well-appointed bathroom with two showers and a sauna. The highlight of the downstairs area is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, which is crowned by an impressive 6-meter room height and a full glass end wall offering panoramic lake views. This log villa is a true gem. Its combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning lake views, and proximity to Ruka makes it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Aapo’s place. He responded quickly to messages and provided great tips and updates throughout our visit. The hot tub and sauna were amazing, and the location was perfect—just a 20-minute walk from the city center. Aapo even let us know when the Northern Lights were visible, which made our experience even more special. Highly recommended!

This was a super place to stay with my 3 kids (11/9/13). The place was super clean and relaxing. Satu was always available for questions and really responsive. The view is amazing and we saw the northern lights when we went for a walk on the (very quiet) road. Would defiantly return!
