Houseboat vacation rentals in Northern Europe

Kids loved it! Its so amazing we didn't want to leave especially loved the piano record player and all the board games. I now know how to play every game there is! . We had so much fun like living in a piece of art and loved the treasure hunt and boat bed my son felt like a pirate pulling it up and down with the chain thanks so much will defo be back 🎨👌💕🐟🛥️

This place felt like a lucky find! We wish we had more spare time to enjoy the spot, but hopefully we will be back again. Totally recommended :)

Albert was great communicating with us in advance.. his houseboat is nice and cozy. the road blockage is a little annoying adding to our walk, but it was not added big deal and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. the place is comfy, everything works, and is really convenient. highly recommend

Would stay here again

Incredible! Sleeping on a houseboat is a great experience, especially when it's so warm, beautiful, comfortable, with an exquisite taste for decoration! Waking up by the water with moorhens and ducks is really nice! The kids really enjoyed it! And the price is unbeatable compared to the quality of the home! And we are in the countryside, quiet, while being very close to the city. We recommend 200%!!!

Beautiful houseboat in a great location and easy access to all of Amsterdam. The houseboat was warm and cosy and perfect for our short stay. Hanco is a great host

We had a wonderful time staying on the riverboat! It was such a unique experience with and beautiful views. The boat itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and provided great recommendations for local spots. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone looking for something different and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

We have had an amazing 4 night stay at the boathouse. Such a beautiful place with the most amazing views, even with construction going on next door. Extremely clean and well equipped, best place we have stayed in the lakes so far. Looking forward to rebooking next year, would highly recommend.

Communication from Steph was excellent! The directions and instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The boat itself was in a lovely location. The place was very clean and had everything we needed plus a fantastic basket of bonus goodies which was really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

absolutely lovely place, there were more cabins added but didn't take away from how calm and peaceful it was. the new cabins were spaced out so it still felt private. area was beautiful and a shirt walk into the town for cute pubs and good food. hosts were communicative and let us arrive a little early as it was ready. clear instructions how to get in and little thoughtful extras like a floaty on the key, just incase!

This houseboat was the highlight of our Amsterdam trip! It was much bigger than I thought it would be. Everything was incredibly comfortable! It had everything we needed to cook light meals. We enjoyed the Bluetooth stereo set up. Tijmen was so nice and helpful. The boat was easy to find and his instructions were easy to follow. We had 11 yo and 8 yo children with us…they loved it too! Very quiet neighborhood at night. Very close to the metro. Highly recommend!!

Typical Dutch accommodation, as described. Spacious enough, it allows easy access to the city center in just 30 minutes thanks to nearby transport. Karin was very responsive and understanding following a train problem. Our host was attentive and friendly. We can only recommend staying at Karin's! Thanks to her!

We had a very nice stay on the boat and fortunately it was pleasantly cool at night.

Everything was perfect. The house boat was really comfortable, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The setting was tranquil and serene and positioned in the heart of nature surrounded by bird song, geese, herons. Just stunning!

Super freundliches, junges Team. Thoughtful concept (restaurant with delicious food and various coffee specialties, bun service in the morning). Everything very lovingly decorated and great service. Absolute tranquility - if you want to escape the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be!

Here for 6 nights, the boat exceeded our expectations, overwhelmed by the size and space, nice to be able to unpack few clothes out of our suitcases that we had been living out of for 4weeks, so close to central city, and Limehouse rail, easy walking distance to canary for great shopping and restaurants, we will be back!
