Very nice large apartment walking distance from Fira. Well equipped. We had very good hospitality and good recommendations. We even had wine:) We were able to leave our bags after check out while waiting for the ferry. We used the shuttle service offered by Altea for our arrival from the port, which we found very easy. We highly recommend this apartment!

Anna and Spiros were absolutely wonderful. Our flight was delayed for 24 hours and they were super helpful. The place is so cute, well stocked and clean. The water filter is a huge plus. Spiros gave us great advice about which beaches to visit and when. The beach in front of the unit is lovely. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer than it appears. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and a small shop. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your balcony and the beach is just across the street. Our stay was perfect.

There were three of us in the apartment including a 3-year-old child. The place was as described and the hosts go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The communication in advance and also during the stay was super quick and helpful. We have received a lot of tips and descriptions to find our way around on site. The shared roof terrace is very nice and also the balcony of the apartment is a good size. The amenities are simple, but it has everything you need. We can absolutely recommend this place (value for money).

Our stay in Georgia's was simply fantastic. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, not to mention how spotlessly clean it was on arrival and was maintained throughout our stay. The balcony with views of the sea and the hills was a wonderful place to escape to. Words cannot describe how friendly and attentive Georgia is as a host. We would have no problem recommending a stay in Locanda to a friend!

We had a wonderful time - Evita and Andreas were perfect hosts. No bother checking in and really good with local recommendations and knowledge. Also very willing to help and accommodate our stupid questions! Apartment was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Ten minutes walk to an amazing sandy beach, 30 mins along the coast to the centre and loads of buses which are dead easy to work out, regular and cheap. Pool was beautiful and never busy while we were there. Also great care taken for the grounds. To any other couple wishing to visit the area we would highly recommend this place.

The room fully matches the photos. My husband and I really liked it; the location is right in the heart of the Old Town. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the administrator was always available by phone. We loved it so much and would gladly come back again!

We booked the hotel room at very short notice (1/2 day before check-in) and were really enthusiastic about the warmth and helpfulness especially of the hostess U. The room was well equipped and we received very helpful, individualized tips to avoid the tourist crowds and party people in particular. Based on the respective feedback, U. adapted the respective tips. The included breakfast was also very varied and we could actually express all wishes and small adjustments, whereby the implementation was impeccable. The parking of the rental car in the nearby parking was also forward-looking - so we didn't have to look for parking in the neighborhood. We would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately the place could not be extended. We will be happy to come back and would recommend the property at any time.

Great place for money you pay. Very close to center , great quiet location (we were in Feb so not many ppl in place , we have no idea is it quiet while high season) . Clean, very well equipped, building itself is well maintained, we had room at 3rd floor but luckily there is elevator, warm room , very hot water in shower, fully equipped kitchen , towels at the place. Most popular pizza place just 2-3min walk away, and great small coffee place just 1-2min away😁 thank You for having us , definitely recommend

The place was very tidy. We were traveling the world with a dog and this was an ideal place for us. The apartment is tidy, spacious, and clean. The garden is also fenced and there is plenty of parking space on the property. The host was also very nice and gave us an apartment with enough space for the dog and a double bed instead of single beds. There will be a quick response if you have any questions or for the instructions to get in.

Fatih is a great person. She really helped us with everything. Her communication was very nice and she was always quick to respond. The place was really good, the location is almost right in the center of the city, you can access many places to Taksim to Galata Tower with a 15-minute walk, and I will definitely recommend it and the first person I will call on my next trips, Mr. Fatih 🍀🙏☺️

Kind, friendly and approachable was my first impression of Daniela. She is a kind of host every guest would want. She will greet you with a big smile and take care of every concern you may have. The apartment was clean and the location is great. There is a free coffee if you are a coffee lover. The beach is just 3 to 5 minutes by foot. Another great conviniance is that there is a supermarket below the villa and a restaurant right next to it, also another restaurant 100 meters from the villa. If you want a place where you can relax, this is definitely it!

I stayed for one month and the place was great. Great service and always a quick answer from the host. Nice, clean and modern apartment close to the center. Some improvements for the kitchen would be: a measuring cup, sharper knifes and a toaster. It was nice with microwave and both fridge and freezer. Perfect for longtime stay. Nice bathroom but the hair dryer was very slow. Everything else was great!

I was very satisfied with my stay. It was very hot, we never got cold, it was clean and tidy. The location is also quite good, it is very easy to get to by public transportation, 10-15 minutes walking distance to Marmaraya. There were only lipstick marks on the glasses in the kitchen, I don't know if the dishwasher didn't clean it well, I broke 1 point from there for cleaning. Close to the football stadium, the sounds of matches were coming from outside :) but we were not disturbed. We were able to sleep quietly during the night. I was satisfied with everything else, a place where I can come back.

i had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was even more beautiful than in the pictures, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is great, close to everything I needed. Chantal was extremely responsive and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The little touches to me really made the difference. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back very soon. Thanks for a great experience!
