We are new to hosting and we aim to please. Whether you have a car or not we have the ideal location. The 15 min express bus to Sydney CBD is just around the corner, 10 mins to Chatswood Shopping Centre, 20 minutes to Manly and the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. There is plenty of unrestricted parking available in our quiet leafy street, You can walk to Echo Point Park with it's sandy beach, marina and cafe and picturesque Harbourside bush walks. We are within walking distance of 2 Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Platinum Fitness First Gym with an indoor pool. You will have your own private sunny outdoor courtyard with table & chairs. The brand new Caesarstone kitchenette has a convection microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & glassware. Bookings of 7 nights or longer will have access to a Thermomix to whip up beautiful meals at the click of a button or 2. Free wifi is provided and air-conditioning. The eat in living area has a flat screen TV, and a bookshelf full of books and boardgames. There is a dining table and a separate desk for a work space. Modern bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower, toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a very comfy Queen sized bed with posturepedic mattress, built in wardrobe with chest of drawers, plenty of hanging space and a safe. There is a laundromat within walking distance, but we can do a load of washing for you for a small fee. Our space is suitable for travellers, country visitors and business people alike. We really want this to be your home away from home! This is a self contained private apartment with your own front door and entry via keypad code. We provide a welcome pack with transport details and local attractions and we are happy to give advice and point you in the right direction, according to how much time you have and what you want to see and do. Your apartment is located right next door to us, so if there is anything you need we are here for you, but we totally respect your privacy. This is a quiet, friendly suburb with easy access to public transport, cafes, and restaurants. The property is just 15 minutes from the CBD by express bus and minutes on foot from beautiful bush walks for some time away from the urban buzz. We are around the corner from the bus stop. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. We are just 11 km from Sydney's CBD, 13 km to the Northern beaches of Sydney and 3.6km to Chatswood. Walk to the Beach from a Warm, Family-Friendly Cottage

Newly renovated, retract a wall of windows to combine the hip, open-plan interiors of this cottage with a sunny outdoor deck patio with a BBQ grill and dining area. Get lost in a book within a peaceful, window-wrapped sunroom featuring a children’s play area. Beautifully styled and well-appointed, this single storey beach home offers casual comfort and spacious living areas, perfect for family groups seeking a relaxed beachside holiday. A beautifully manicured and fully enclosed rear garden is ideal for children. The garden studio is complete with an ensuite, a perfect 4th bedroom if 8 guests are staying or extra living area if preferred. You will have the entire property including the studio for yourselves. There is a separate side entrance for the studio. The back of the house opens entirely through bifold doors giving flow through to the deck and rear yard. You will be greeted on arrival at the property. As hosts we will be available via phone or email throughout your stay. The home is in Newport Beach, a town known for its surfing breaks and beautiful scenery. Newport Village’s boutiques, markets, and restaurants are a stroll away, as is the beach. Palm Beach, or Summer Bay as it's known on "Home and Away", is 15 minutes further north by car. If night life or a faster pace is more your style then Manly is less than half an hour by car, travelling South. From here the Manly ferry can take you across Sydney Harbour to the CBD for a day of sightseeing. The L90 bus is a 5 minute walk away on Barrenjoey Road and makes regular trips to and from the city. The spacious formal dining and living areas have recently been extensively renovated and flow effortlessly to a timber deck and alfresco dining and BBQ area. The stunning open plan kitchen is brand new and boasts Miele and Smeg appliances, stone benches and a large breakfast bar, perfect for informal dining. The plasma in the main living area is equipped with Foxtel and a DVD player. A 2nd living area (with DVD player only) at the other end of the home gives everyone their own space to relax and unwind.

The house has a great indoor/outdoor feel to it and you can't help but feel yourself unwind within moments of arriving. There are three bedrooms comprising of two master queen bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. Perfect for four adults and four children. There are also two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen lounge area that leads onto a deck and a comfortable outdoor covered seating area. In the garden there is a BBQ and wood fire pizza oven. There are kayaks, a paddle board and windsurfer for you to use not forgetting a couple of bikes to get around on. Beautiful beach, safe calm water for the children to swim in, great walks, a multitude of native birds, wallabies, monitor lizards and more. Guests are left to their own devices from the moment they arrive but plenty of help is at hand should need be. Set in the picturesque suburb of Great Mackeral Beach, the home is surrounded by Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and 20 miles north of Sydney. Once you arrive at Palm Beach, just hop on the ferry or a water taxi and Mackerel is only a 10-30 minute boat ride away. Hiking trails, the beach, and lots of wildlife surround you. It is an easy drive from Sydney to Palm Beach and only an hour from the CBD. Alternatively buses (L90) go from the city to Palm Beach and take 90 minutes. There are no cars at Mackerel and the only access is by water. There are no shops at Mackerel so you need to bring everything you need for your stay. There is a good stock of the basics in the kitchen that is there for your convenience.

This dear little cottage has just been entirely renovated and is perfect for a get-away to the Northern Beaches and Pittwater area. The Space and surrounding main house have a wonderful Mexican/Spanish and Moroccan feel. There is a breakfast of eggs and bacon in the fridge. Toast and jam or cereal. You will have the cottage to yourselves with separate garden. You will find the Avalon Peacock Cottage at the end of the long driveway (please keep gates closed) you will recognise the front door, it is blue with a gold Moroccan knocker. Our contact numbers are in the folder on the coffee table. Don’t hesitate to contact us.We respect your privacy but are here if you need us. We will give you a warm welcome if we are here, otherwise there is a lockbox with the key foryour convenience. The villa is situated in the laid-back, classy village of Avalon with a cinema, lovely restaurants and cafes, and beautiful beaches all within walking distance. Cranzgots serves great pizza nearby, while Rust sells gifts and homewares with flair. One hundred metres from our driveway is a bus stop either way. Catch the bus to Barrenjoey House for dinner or cross the road and further down is the bus to the city. Close to Jonas, Barrenjoey House and the Palm Beach Boathouse, also Starfish and Bistro Boulevard in Avalon, ferry service to Patonga and the Central Coast is 30 minutes from Palm Beach Wharf.
