A beautiful home in a great area close to everything. The room was so comfortable and everything you would need. Refreshment nook area outside of bedroom was handy for coffee in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic, eggs were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and loved the tea biscuits. Lynn is a wonderful host and you’ll fall in love with Teddy the dog. We will definitely be back and this will be our new home when visiting Port Perry.

Joanne is very friendly and helpful. She even drove me to and from a local appointment and cooked and shared dinner with me and the other house guests. She also let me stay a little past the regular check-out time because I had an online class. The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet with the washroom just across the hall. Since the temperature was deopping that night, Joanne put a little space heater in the room to make it more comfortable. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel right at home.

Trang’s place was very well located, near a shopping mall and plenty of buses and a subway station. The house is very lively, but we felt at ease and comfortable. Trang was also very kind, accommodating and responsive.

I don't usually take AirBNBs within homes; however, Shilpi did a great job showcasing her place as a B&B and placing guest amenities at the opposite side of the home, well away from others, and with your own bathroom. She was so welcoming, showing genuine interest in your comfort. I could have talked to her for a very long time, and actually we did in the morning when indulging in the amazing breakfast she made for me. It truly was the icing on the cake for my stay - absolutely delicious without being heavy. We shared a love for teas and the teas she provided - one after I arrived, and another at breakfast, was also spectacular. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Shilpi for sharing your wonderful home with me!

A cozy apartment in a perfect location! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen — even suitable for a long-term stay (two months in my case). The interior is thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Just a short 15-20 minute walk to the lake and downtown, where we enjoyed the fantastic 'Old Flame' brewery and pub with live music. Joanne’s place felt like home. I even shouted my girls name for something, as if I was at home. I woke up and worked to the sunrise, and the backyard is the size of a public park and has a huge sky view for the sun rise. Massive patio. Joanne was such a sweet, person to talk to and had so many great stories about her legendary boxing family.
