The Studio is in the centre of one of Wales' most scenic villages at the foot of the Berwyn Mountains. It is a self-contained studio with a double bed or 2 singles, dining/sitting areas, kitchen and shower room. The Hand Hotel serves great food, best to book. Well placed for a long weekend of walking, cycling or visiting the Pontcysyllte World Heritage site, Llangollen with its heritage railway, Lake Vernwy, waterfalls and many more wonderful places. An excellent base for exploring North Wales.

Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Sunday School - Converted Chapel Vestry

The building was once a chapel vestry. Now a self-contained, large mezzanine guest suite. We are situated in the village of Beddgelert, close to Mount Snowdon. Our place is perfect for couples, small groups or families. We have one large living space with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, kitchen counter with amenities and dining area. Through the large windows you will have an excellent view of the top of Moel Hebog. Above this is a balcony with a double bed and a bathroom.

Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Llain Bach guest room is situated within our own garden in the village of Bethesda on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and within close proximity to the A55 expressway. Our guest suite is ideally situated for those who wish to explore North Wales’ beautiful and picturesque mountains and coastal areas as well as experience adrenalin busting adventures such as the zip line and quarry karts and quarry flyer at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Spacious annex in Caernarfon

A spacious 1 bed annex with large living/kitchen dining area, the property is within 5 minutes walk from the town, castle, restaurants, Galeri etc. and 2 minutes away from Lon Las cycle track. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.

Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

Plas y Foel Basement

This one bedroom basement guest suite is self contained accommodation underneath our family home. It has its own entrance with access to an outdoor terrace and small garden. It can sleep up to 4 people, with Twin beds in the bedroom and a double bed settee in the sitting room area. TV for DVD's, a good selection is provided. There is a kitchenette area and I provide for guests a basic breakfast, of cereals, toast, milk butter, orange juice tea and coffee.
