“My partner and I had the most wonderful stay with Lynne. She and her accommodations were everything you would want in an Air BnB! Our room had a comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with a great shower, a toaster oven, coffee maker (with great K-cup options), microwave, mini fridge, silverware, plates, bottle opener - Lynne thought of everything! She also had a binder full of menus and local brochures and tips. She went out of her way to suggest we hike a quick trail down to Scott's Flat Lake and provided detailed directions that made us feel like stumbled upon a special local gem - amazing swimming water and beautiful surroundings. She made up the table for us on the deck so that we could enjoy our restaurant food while overlooking the dimming sky above all the hills and trees. The backyard view is STUNNING! We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated there. Waking up and sipping coffee in the Adirondack chairs followed by a delicious breakfast was exceptionally dreamyThe entire stay there was underscored by Lynne's hospitality, helpfulness, and cheer. We would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone! Side note: My partner did need access to strong internet to run video meetings for work on Monday and the wifi at Lynne's wasn't fast enough so we had to go into town. I only say this not to knock the experience but to let any future Air BnB guests know that you should come here for play only, not to get work done! :)”
A perfect place for a romantic getaway, writer's retreat, bird watching haven or viewing the Milky Way! Enjoy our cozy cottage's pine floors, cathedral ceiling, porch overlooking a tranquil meadow, apple & cypress trees and view of the Foothills.
“Jo Anna's hospitality was second to none. We felt at home the moment we set foot on the front porch at one of the most beautiful and cozy cottages we have seen. Jo Anna greeted us the moment we arrived at night making sure we were settled-in and had everything we needed. It really felt like we were visiting family and together with our children we loved every moment of it. We really enjoyed our short stay, even though sadly it was during the smoky season with the wildfires. It is a great place if you like to enjoy the outdoors or simply stay in and relax. You will love the warmth and kindness of your host, and if you enjoy reading there are a great number of books to choose from. We highly recommended Mark and Jo Anna's place, and we'll be coming back again hopefully next spring. Until then...ciao!”

“Jason's place is a lovely treasure. It's got a lot of charm and the bathroom with the clawfoot tub marble flooring is delightful. A lot of interesting art and homemade pottery, compost/recycling bins, bee-friendly gardens, delicious tea and coffee greet guests. Jason was very accommodating and reasonable with us having our two kitties come stay (we always bring scratch posts, furniture coverings, and our own comforter to minimize cat hair and damage). In addition, the place is quiet but so close to town and not far from the best swimming holes and the pedestrian suspension bridge across Deer Creek. It is a place where we hope to stay again in the near future. Thank you for hosting us, Jason!”
