Monthly Rentals in North Riverdale, The Bronx

Patrick is an amazing host. He gave me a ride on his car to show around. He is always responding if you are texting him. The apartment is close to the subway and it’s easy to get to city center. I stayed on winter and it was warm inside of the room. Sometimes I even opened a window to get place cooler, but you can use an air conditioner (it’s new). The bed was great, especially the mattress is super soft. There is a TV in the room, which makes this place more cozy. I would definitely come back again. Thanks Patrick! You are the best! ))

The home is on a quiet street, easy to get to the main street for buses. It's a walkable area and I felt safe. The house is set up for three guests and very organized in that we each had our own access and space in the bathroom. It was really nice. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it.
