Rose is an amazing host! She was extremely helpful any time we needed something. The cabin stayed nice and cool with the a/c on and the bed is comfy! Don't forget to enjoy the night sky; you can see plenty of stars! Things to do: Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (eat at their vegan buffet for $5pp no tax -we aren't vegans, but loved the food!) This place has free tours, we did 3 of them. They are all amazing and informative! Don't forget to check out the kitty room and Roxie's Room at the Welcome Center and then the Adoption Hub for more animals to love on! After BFAS hike the Sand Caves (free). Right down the road is Belly of the Dragon -easy hike. Bring a flashlight. Do Kanarra Falls in Kanarraville (must have reservations online in advance-$15pp) heard it's the best hike and better than the Narrows in Zion. Three Falls hike in Hurricane is also nice and free! Don't forget to do Peekaboo Slot Canyon in Kanab and the ones in Grand Staircase Escalante! Nomad Cafe: pumpkin cin rolls yum!

Was a great place, really enjoyed the stars and the isolation. There are still neighbors/etc, but not anywhere too close. Make sure to get groceries before you get there, theres not too many options - but Kanab is only a 10 minute drive away!

This home was perfectly situated near all of the hiking, exploring we came to do. Also very close to town. The home was clean, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. There were even some activities for the kids! (Puzzles, toys, coloring etc).

Stayed the month for altitude training. Bob’s place was exactly as described. Bob was friendly and helpful and I would 100% recommend staying at his place and plan to come back next year.
