Fantastic location in the CBD - walkable to buses, trains, and ferries, plus shopping restaurants, and everything else downtown Auckland has to offer! The apartment is small, but the space is used well and perfect for a single or couple traveling—very similar to a hotel room (with a nice kitchenette) as it is in fact on the premises of a hotel. The property is nicely equipped with amenities like the rooftop pool, Jacuzzi, and tennis courts. Kerri is a fabulous host, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Kerri, for your kind communication and support when we had questions.

Great place to stay during an extended business trip. Easy 30-minute walk to my office in the CBD. Comfortable and quiet apartment. Short walk to an excellent grocery store, coffee, and pubs.

The accommodation was great with everything we needed and Heidi was super helpful. The outside are was an added bonus and perfect to have! Highly recommend and a great host.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, excellent for getting to the ferry as well as an excellent coffee shop, Amano, was just a few minutes walk from the studio. The bed was so comfortable and the studio is very quiet. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Aucklands CBD. Thank you Carl~

We had a really pleasant stay with Philip & Fiona. The place is neat and tidy, really quiet and we loved the location close to the park and in walking distance to the city center. The fitness and sauna is also a plus. They were super friendly hosts and we can totally recommend it. We stayed for 4 days.

Robert was welcoming and helpful for our stay in his nice flat which was great for a city trip and in a fab location to explore the city. Loved access to the gym and pool too!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment! Nice and cosy place with all essentials provided. The apartment had its own allocated secured parking which had scan tag access. The location was great as it was close to Mount Maunganui, restaurants, activities, the beach and shopping centres. The swimming pool and spa was an awesome inclusion and we made the most of this! Sienna was an amazing host, she had good communication and was very responsive. Overall was a great place to stay and would recommend it! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

Jenny’s place was perfect for the wife and I to have a mini break. Swam, ate and had a few drinks down at the Mt all within walking distance. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Monaco. Good central location for Nelson and cycling north to Motuaka. The house is a little unusual in style being part of a mini village style build but has a nice vibe and the grounds are beautifully maintained. House itself is comfortable and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the little courtyard.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

Words cannot describe how absolutely brilliant this place is!! A quirky spot but oh so convenient, quiet, and tucked away to create privacy. The house was immaculate and the layout was great! Everything was super clean and the amenities and facilities are 5-star! We recommend this place 10000% for your stay. Had everything you need to live there comfortably! Again I would recommend Oak Tree House to anyone visiting Nelson NZ!!

Immaculate home, very spacious, lovely decking area and superb views. Loved the location equidistant between Whakatane and Ohope.

Kids had great fun, awesome for outdoor activities with a short distance to the best beach. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood

What a gorgeous place this is! It’s got such a lot of welcoming charm that makes you feel at home straight away. Helen had also put up a Christmas tree and put lovely decorations around the house. Thank you for going the extra mile and making it all so special! Ooh and great oven to cook Christmas dinner in!!

The house is set on lovely grounds with ample activities for the children: tennis court, swimming pool and a table tennis table in the garage. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Although a teeny tiny imperfection is the absence of a microwave oven, this does not detract from the overall charm and functionality of the house. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This home is truly a model home. it is spectacular and the details are excellent. the entire downstairs area is incredible and the amount of windows is wonderful. We had a wonderful stay and thank Kane for an awesome stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was very comfortable, quiet, safe, and clean. The location is great—close to the city center yet peaceful. Waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning was truly amazing. The host was very kind and responsive, always there to help whenever we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Wellington!
