Condo vacation rentals in North Island

The silos are beautiful and unique accommodation in raglan. Denise is a super friendly host who met me to let me in and she and her husband live downstairs so they’re available for support with anything that comes up. Denise was flexible about our chopping and changing arrangements which I always grateful for. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (although we got takeaways), and the views are wonderful.

A charming little place, clean and lovely. Quite small but very well equipped. Jack is very responsive and helpful. Lovely little touches, including a generous breakfast.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

Mitch’s place is in the perfect spot to explore Wellington. Super close to the excellent Cuba Street dining precinct and to the sights of Wellington. Mitch’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again when in Wellington!

Fantastic location and great value for money

Fantastic stay, the space was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Just a short walk across the road to the lake which is amazing. Also close to a cafe and the sailing centre. Comfy beds and great linen choice!

My friend and I stayed a week and felt lucky to be there! Beautiful views from every window. Gorgeous sunsets. Several of the hiking trails are closed, but there's a lot to do besides that - beach was a 20 min walk away, with several bays to explore. Also within a mile or so were a swimmable lake, sand dunes, a cafe (open til 7pm in the summer and has live music) and a walkable stream. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious - we only rented the downstairs portion. The kitchenette downstairs is pretty small and dark - you get a microwave, fridge, electric wok. We cooked a few meals. Mary Ann is extremely helpful and a delight to chat to each morning. She did fresh fruit, eggs from her hens, yogurt, granola, coffee/tea and is a very responsive host. The only downsides are that it's a country house so it's not squeaky clean and the driveway is steep and scary the first time you drive it, but you get used to it. Feels remote and peaceful but quick drive from Auckland.

Loved my stay. I was at a 2 day event at ASB Showgrounds so the ten min drive was perfect. Very close to the beautiful Cornwall park too for some evening and morning walks. The air bnb was easy to get inside, comfortable bed and very clean. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

We loved our stay at Karina and Ninos. It was a great space. Very quiet and private , clean and easy. We took our small dog who also loved it. Thanks 🙏

Robert was welcoming and helpful for our stay in his nice flat which was great for a city trip and in a fab location to explore the city. Loved access to the gym and pool too!

We absolutely loved our stay! We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children, this house had everything we needed. The home is very clean and well organised. I loved how the pool was secure with all safety precautions this was a huge weight taken off my shoulders especially with our active 2 year old. Our children loved the pool and the outdoor grass area for them to kick a ball around. Gay is a wonderful host she made things so easy for us to get around, everything is within close proximity supermarket, cafes, beach etc.. this has to be by far one of our favourite holidays away we will definitely becoming back and I highly recommend to anyone else. Thanks again for opening up your beautiful home to us and being such a wonderful host x

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Jon’s place. Jon made the effort to meet us and show us around the property. There was also a lovely welcome basket of wee treats which was very thoughtful. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is central to everything and our kids especially loved Vic Park across the road with the skate park! Would love to stay again 😊
