Monthly Rentals in North Hills

Allison and Timothy were great. The place was clean and they kindly provided us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, with multiple cafes in walking distance as well as ease of access to public transportation.

Kiryl was very responsive. The house was as described, super clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for 4 adults and one tween.

The place was great. There is a little confusion on the address (listing is correct and has photos, the link to the address is set up for the next street over which is where I went first), but its not the host’s fault as the listing has the correct address, very detailed photos including photos of very obvious landscaping landmarks to let you know you are at the right place. Really appreciated how welcome my dog was. Room was on the ground floor making it so much easier to go out. The neighborhood was so cute and felt very safe. I had a nice time and would go back again!

We stayed here while visiting family and it was great! Vicky has put a lot of thought into it to maximize the space. The two bedrooms are a good size- my husband & I shared the master and our two kids shared the smaller (we could fit a toddler cot on the floor). The kitchen/living area is small but well laid out, and we had enough couch seating. The kitchen table expands and has chairs, which was nice. The dishwasher needs to be connected to the sink so we found it easier to hand wash. Vicky was very responsive with questions. Overall it's a good place to stay!
