Filly Green Cottage truly is a gem - set in a delightful village it surpasses even the highest expectations. Every need we had, from quality appliances to comfortable settles and bed, were surpassed and the written directions for using the accommodation were friendly and simple to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and really appreciated the efforts made by Mary - especially the plum loaf!

We’ve used Airbnb to visit many parts of the U.K. and had a wide variety of accommodation experiences. Some have been 5 star and others zero or 1 star that we’ve had to leave or complain about because of a wide variety of hidden negatives (including damp, dirty carpets, poor decor, etc.). We’re pleased to report that Lincoln’s Dinky House is ONE OF THE BEST with the mega comfy bed, decor, new plush carpets and overall facilities an absolute delight. We have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

This house is like a piece of art. It’s absolutely beautiful. Sue was responsive and friendly. The house had everything you needed, including lots of herbs and spices! I found the house very peaceful and I felt at home. The garden was beautiful and well kept too. Will be back!

A gorgeous comfortable cottage. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean throughout. Tracy has great attention to detail and it is a lovely place to stay. It is in a good location, not far outside of Lincoln with a bus route right outside. A great local pub with good food only a few minutes down the road. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
