Monthly Rentals in North Franklin Mountain

The space was impeccable, spotless, cozy, right by multiple bus stops and not too far from most amenities so rides haring wasn't too much. I really enjoyed both the back and front patios and I had plenty of privacy. Diana was very responsive and quick to reply to all of my questions. I would highly reccomend this space and will have it on my short list for all future visits to el paso!!!

We have an older dog and love taking her with us on trips now, the location was great they had doggy stations and we were able to walk around quite a bit. There is a dog park but my kiddo was too big unfortunately. Overall the stay was very peaceful and quiet.

I found the location great for accessing both the West side shops and restaurants as well as the pass for easy access to the East side. The home was very clean, modern and lovely. My only minor issue was that the property has shared walls, and if the guests on that side are noisy, you will hear it. Amber was very responsive when this was an issue. I stayed here for 2 weeks and felt it was a good value for a studio space.

Suzel’s place was perfect for my stay in El Paso. It had everything needed for a short stay. The location on the west side was in a nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again anytime.
