Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in North-East Penang Island District

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

This was a convenient location for our visit to our family nearby, and for our visits to the area. Shinly communicated with us before and during our visit. The flat had a good range of facilities, and was as advertised. We would be very pleased to stay there again if on a future visit.

Soon Lye’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment is very spacious – way more than what we expected. It is very nicely decorated, and you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay (the washer and filter water were a big plus for us). Great location on Chulia Street, one of the most popular streets in Georgetown. You can easily walk to all the main sights. Plenty of places to eat around. Soon Lye was a super host. He let us have an early check-in and a late check-out, which were so much appreciated, and he was always very quick to reply to any of my queries. Thank you for everything Soon Lye!

The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable, the bedding is very good to sleep, the view is very good, the location is convenient, it is convenient to walk to the shopping mall, the coffee shop downstairs is also delicious, the apartment is equipped with a gym and swimming pool, Definitely, we will come back again.

There's quite a bit of food in our neighborhood. The owner will also provide good food stuff in the neighborhood Clean and comfortable room

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Really enjoyed the apartment and I felt comfortable right away! It's spacious and bright with a wonderful view. Great having a microwave, washing machine and dryer, plus a water filter machine so you don't have to buy water. The TV is preloaded with an app that has a lot of content from all the streaming services (Netflix, Disney. AppleTV, Max, etc) so you don't need to (won't be able to) use your own account. Very convenient having a convenience store and Starbucks in the building. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended❣️ I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Everything was walkable and super accessible — shops, restaurants, and public transport were all just a short stroll away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Really great choice for family. The location is around the street art point, so lots of cafe and spots for sightseeing. The host is superrrr active and friendly. Moreover, the house itself looks just like the photo. Highly recommend!

Homestay very big and comfortable. We had some issue and the owner very responsive. On day 2 there is issue with water but then the owner very responsive and come to see our condition. Great location, and the host Nicole was very communicative and sweet! Clean and basic rooms but what an amazing heritage house with beautiful living spaces, great price for the entire place too! My friends and I had a lovely, memorable time there

The accommodation was well-maintained, and it was nice to have bowls and seasonings so that you can cook and eat. When I contacted the host, I was touched by the quick feedback and kindness.

Casey was a wonderful host! The place is identical to the photos and a great place to base yourself to explore Georgetown. Walkable to some amazing food courts and easy grab to many night markets. Wonderful views from both the condo and swimming pool.

A very comfortable place that truly feels like home. All the amenities were provided a fully equipped kitchen, clean and cozy bed and a nice area to relax in. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the stay even better. Great location too. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

Pricey Airbnb-friendly condo located next to Marriott hotel. Worth a stay since the views are exceptional and the location is quite central too. A unique property where on one hand you see the coast, and on the other, you see the city and Penang hill. Walkable to the nearby park where many people jog in the morning if you jaywalk across a busy road with the hand. Walkable also to nearby Gurney mall and food centres. Carpark is wide and spacious but look out for the corner mirrors. Toilets are flawlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Bath towels are excellent quality. Free mineral water is a nice touch. Only trouble is Netflix tv needs to be manually connected to wifi sometimes. Nearby are busy roads so opening the windows lets both air and sounds in. Not as windy as north facing units but that’s the trade off for sunrise apartments facing east.
