We had a great stay here. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Penang.

Clean and nice house.

What a wonderful week spent at Karean's place. The location was excellent, away from the noise and traffic and tourists. Big kitchen (well stocked) and bedrooms (beds very comfortable). Loved the area, a five minute walk to local markets and grocery store. Easy area for Grab drivers to pick up and drop off with the longest we waited being 10 minutes.

Chan was a very proactive and responsive host who makes sure everything is sorted. The condo itself was very clean, very spacious, and well equipped. It was on a high floor so watching the fireworks on chinese new year is a little bit magical. Great facilities with a massive pool and gym. Plenty of food options just on ground floor and for those a bit more adventurous, crossing the highway is fairly easy to access the local hawkers nearby.
