Monthly Rentals in North District

The host's place is a lot bigger than I thought!The inside was very clean, comfortable to stay in, the check-in was also well written, and it was convenient and welcoming for us to take a pet, thank you!

Excellent room with private bathroom. Very quiet, the other (working) people barely are noticeable and very respectful. The kitchen is also usually not used and well equipped. The location really made my life easy - the North District Civil center nearby has a sauna & pools for 90ntd and a gym for 50 (one hour). A beautiful park, great supermarkets at 6-10 mins walking. A lively area with good food and a mall, excellent for biking and walking. Also not far from the train station which has an Asian (indo/viet etc) area and the biggest fresh market of the city. All in all really nice!

I dedicated it to this one for the first time using airbnb, just like the photos, there is no odor and it is very nice! The environment is quite safe and there are two receptionists just inside, the building itself can be seen to be very high, and there are resting benches once you reach the floor. Really good value for money, and just like the photos, standing by the window and looking towards the bed is exactly what the photos show!There were photos of other items received in the message again, the Wifi was smooth, and there was even a water filter, which felt more than a hotel did. The host was very responsive and communicative. Recommend this one for everyone, and you can see the pool in this building outside the window, I don't know if I can swim.

Really enjoyed my stay here in Taichung~ There was so much flexibility to walk or take public transport everywhere, while also enjoying a nice, cozy stay at the Airbnb. My stay was so spacious, clean, and accessible with nice interior design and a beautiful view of the city. The hosts were responsive and friendly throughout my entire stay. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Taichung!
