Beautiful end terraced house on three floors | 2.5 bathrooms | private outdoor spaces! Modern, minimalist, by Ljanselva, right in the middle between Mortensrud and Hauketo. About 20 min from the city center by public transport, and 45 min from the airport (check ruter dot no) The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fixed garage with possibility for extra parking space. Beds: 180 cm bed, 150 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. For 7 people: extra guest bed in the living room will be prepared. We provide bed linen and towels. Feel at home, but treat our home nicely!

Modern guest suite in a separate part of a detached house built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city center. The guest suite is 28 sqm and rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of a bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Also included in the rent are TV with chromecast, towels, bed linen and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 minutes takes you to Oslo city center. The bus runs every 15 minutes.

Separate entrance for the apartment. 2 minutes walk to Sørli tram stop, where the tram takes you to the city center every 5 minutes in 15 minutes. 5 minutes walk to Holtet where you will find Open bakery (craft bakery and pizzeria), Jacobs (large supermarket with excellent selection) Kaffebrenneriet (coffee bar) pharmacy, Thai and Indian take away and Joker supermarket (open on Sundays).
