Thanks very much for a lovely stay - stayed here for a month and had lots of questions for Josef beforehand which he answered helpfully. He helped me settle in and provided what I needed to ensure hospitable stay, and I’m very thankful. If I’m ever back in Malmö I’d be happy to stay here again, thank you Josef!

Sarah-Louise and her family are very welcoming and open-minded. Not only does she give advice on activities in the area, we also had interesting conversations with her about the culture. The studio is beautiful, cozy and clean. We would love to come back!

We had great staying with Charlotte and Magnus! We got almost everything we needed with our 9 month daughter (mattress in baby grib was missing but we had our own). We loved being able to watch the horses and chickens in the morning. Peace and quiet was everything we needed 🥰

The owner knew in advance all our needs for staying in the apartment. He helped us get from the train station to the house! I have never met such friendly landlords! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher. The bathroom has a high-quality washing machine and underfloor heating. In the next room there is a workplace for those who work at home. The apartment also has air conditioning and a heater, which makes staying comfortable at any time of the year. When I needed something extra, Gustav provided it. I lived in this apartment for a long time and give this house the highest rating. There are 4 supermarkets and many other shops nearby, a train station and a bus stop. There is also a park with ducks and a lake nearby. There are also many cafes and restaurants on the main street near the house. The city of Svedala is safe and clean. You can quickly get to Malmö by public transport.
