Idyllic guesthouse on farm with boat rentals

Welcome to our guesthouse at Namsenfjorden We are glad that people are enjoying their time on our farm. They give feedback that they are finding peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guesthouse it is nice to just be or you can walk in the forest, on the mountain, along the country road or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guesthouse is small and cosy. Suitable for those traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is disposed of alone. Pets are allowed.

Recharge in this unique place, a stone's throw from the sea. Here you can swim, fish, hike, or shop from Frosta's own kitchen garden. Take a trip to historic Tautra, see unique birds in the bird sanctuary, or enjoy the night sky with stars and northern lights from our outdoor jacuzzi. 60 min drive to Trondheim. 40 min to Levanger and Stjørdal/Trondheim airport. We have 4 sleeping places in the winter and 6 from March-October. In the summer months, two can stay in the boathouse. No one else lives on the premises!

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
