Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nong Prue

Ev ilandaki resimlerin aynısıydı. İlan açıklamasındaki olanakların tamamı vardı. Wi-fi kusursuz ve hızlıydı. Ev çok temizdi, eşyalar çok yeniydi. Düzenli ev ve havuz temizliği yapıldı. Evsahibi yaşadığımız her aksaklıkta çok hızlı bir şekilde çözüm sundu. Havlular düzenli değiştirildi. Ev çok merkezi bir yerde olmasa da “Bolt” uygulaması ile 2-3 dakika içierisinde taksi evin önüne geldi. Taksi ile merkeze gitmek 15 dakika civarı süre alıyordu ve 100-130 THB ücret tutuyordu. Ulaşım konusunda hiç problem yaşamadık. Çok huzurlu ve keyifli bir konaklama yaşadık, herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

Прекрасный дом с 4 спальнями и 5 ванными комнатами, небольшой бассейн с горкой, барбекю, посуда, бильярд, караоке, для нашей компании 10 человек, было просторно, каждый нашел чем заняться, несколько зон для фотографий, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, все очень уютно, легко заселились, так же легко выселились. Жилье больше подходит для приватных вечеринок или если вы на авто, находится в вилладже, где несколько типовых вилл. Все очень комфортно, нам очень понравилось. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs et conciliants notamment sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A la moindre question ils m'ont répondu très rapidement. Concernant le logement, il n'y avait aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant, tout était telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est par ailleurs bien situé, et au calme, loin du tumulte de Pattaya. Un grand merci aux hôtes, je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris ^^ Khob khun khrap !

I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! The view was amazing!! I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Pattaya. Absolutely loved the condo and the host was super nice and sweet 😊

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Beautiful unit, great location, but minutes to everything. Big pool with inexpensive restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is on an amazing clean quiet beach, but minutes away from the madhouse of Pattaya city, or the main nightclub/bars of Jomtien. So relaxing with full facilities, beautiful, themed furnishings with red and black and contemporary paintings. Huge firm bed. Two air conditioners, plus fans, so you can isolate and change room temperatures to your needs. spent lots of time on large balcony looking at the ocean. Short walk to night markets, had everything, various cuisines, including Geek, and my favourite fried coconut ice cream with your choice of fresh fruit flavouring the best I have everything had, plus shopping for clothes or what ever you want.

The apartment was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Excellent communication with the host, who was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommended!

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

Отличное кондо, замечательная квартира и отзывчивая хозяйка ❤️ Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, по наполнение- даже больше, чем мы ожидали: на кухне есть плита, полноценный холодильник, вся необходимая посуда для 4х человек, рисоварка, кофеварка, микроволновка, тостер; в ванной: гель, шампунь, фен, плойка, утюжок для волос; также есть пылесос, вентиляторы, кондиционеры, сушилка для белья. Матрас хороший, подушки удобные, диван чистый Кондо вполне новый, расположен немного удалено, но при это я вся инфраструктура имеется. Есть детская комната, коворкинг, тренажерка, бильярд. До пляжа 5 минут, ресторанчики и массажницы поблизости, до 7/11 минут 10 пешком Из минусов- в квартире есть муравьи Nuke постоянно на связи, отвечает быстро, старается помочь. Огромная благодарность Вам за наш комфорт во время отпуска 🙏 ❤️

Great location (close to Central Mall, and equidistant to other interesting places), great quality and clean, I would go again.
