We love staying at Titty’s home! An authentic Italian apartment, so cosy, with a gorgeous rooftop with sea glimt and beautiful flowers. The apartment is located near everything, the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We would love to rent this house again another time!

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

The location was fantastic - right around the corner of the Duomo, heart of Sassi. We got breakfast vouchers from the host, which we could use at the cafe nearby. Nino was friendly host and always available when we needed him!

I have booked this apartament 24h before arriving and have to admit that I wouldnt be able to find anything better. Flexible check in hours, cozy and comfy apartament with really unique style, friendly and proactive host - 100% recommend to everyone!

They put so many things for breakfast and for snacks, even a bottle of wine. You will be in the heart of the old city. Never hesitate and make an appointment to this apartment.

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

It's very clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of detail. But, in addition, we must highlight the kindness of Rosanna and that she is always there for anything you might need. I would definitely go back, despite the stairs

Apartment in the historic center of Monopoli on two levels. On the first floor: a living room with a panoramic window overlooking the sea and two bedrooms, one with a balcony directly overlooking the Charles V castle and a bathroom with a shower. On the second level, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a fantastic terrace equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast and lunch and sun loungers: the real gem of the house with a lovely sea view. We were greeted by Cesare who gave us various tips and made us park outside the center and then took us home with suitcases. We were there at the end of May for the Ukulele festival and we will definitely be back!!!

Great place in the heart of historical Bari!

I had a wonderful stay in Matera! Luciano was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a very friendly welcome. He explained all the main sights to visit, provided us with breakfast and a parking spot, and was always available for anything we needed. We’re especially grateful that he let us stay longer and check out late without any extra charge. The house was great and I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Matera!

Perfect location to explore Sassi, easy parking, walkable, fabulous restaurants recommendations, and every thing was so perfect with welcome fruit, breakfast, coffee, and more. The place is so new and well cared for that 5 star rating is just not enough. Really great experience.

We loved the walk up and location. The place was cute and suited our needs well. Check in and parking are a bit challenging but all in all still 5 stars

We spent a few nice days in Fabrizio's apartment. It was spacious, cozily furnished and super clean. We felt right at home. We can recommend it to anyone. Jan and Toos.

We had a great stay in Matera. Mikele and Nicola’s place is easy walking distance to Sassi, and to great restaurants. We’ve stayed in many airbnb and this was, without a doubt, the best equipped when everything you could need, including a plentiful assortment of food, coffee, tea, fruits and drinks. Check in was so easy - Mikele found free parking for us nearby and helped carry our suitcases up to the unit. He was friendly , helpful and proactive with restaurant recommendations. He showed us how to make coffee and provided a helpful tour of the unit. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Luisa's apartment is excellent, spacious, lovely, and she has thought of everything you might need. Really perfect. In addition, there are two lovely big balconies as this apartment is on the top floor. Luisa is a perfect host and responds immediately. The location for us was superb, just outside the old city which means you're not caught up in the tourist crowd but close enough to be able to access the old city within eight minutes. You're also ten minutes walk from the railway station which has trains going to all the towns nearby. There are numerous great cafes near the apartment too, so all in all this apartment is totally perfect! Thank you Luisa.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Best Airbnb I've ever had and it's not close. We didn't want to leave. The property is gorgeous, with an amazing outdoor dining area, lovely shaded lounge and inviting pool. The surrounding countryside is epically beautiful. If you're from outside Italy, it's like stepping into an Italian fairytale. The host, Patrizia, is the best Airbnb host I've ever had. It's not fair to call her a host, because she's more like a private local travel agent. Patrizia was incredibly communicative, extraordinarily generous with curated activty and restaurant suggestions, guided us to a local flee market by car and even stayed up after midnight to welcome us when we arrived late from a long train ride/drive from Rome. If you don't like it when the host lives on the property, don't worry about it this time. You'll be very glad she's there. The best thing is the fresh breakfast Patrizia prepares each day, which seems like it has a million courses. Book it!

Everything is great and as described, the hosts are very kind and available with tips and surprises for breakfast, etc. They even came to pick me up by car from the bus stop. The apartment is 300 meters from the entrance to the Sassi di Casalnuovo, so the area is calm and outside the tourist flows but definitely reachable on foot from the historic center and the stones. Anna is the most wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make me and my mum so welcome into her beautiful property. The room is huge, the property is truly stunning, and the breakfast spread that Anna makes every morning is amazing. I was sad to leave, but will absolutely be returning to stay again.
