Villa vacation rentals in Nicaragua

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

The location was amazing, beautiful and private. Playa Maderas is one of the most unique beaches I've ever seen. The home is very open and the staff is very sweet and attentive. You will 100% need a good 4x4 vehicle to get in and out of the property. If someone in your group has mobility issues it might be difficult for them to get to the beach due to the maybe 100 steep steps that need to be climbed down and later up to the home, however I believe there is a way to drive to the beach. The view was unforgettable and we loved it.

The home was an absolute dream - even better than the photos. The caretaker, Hiro was amazingly helpful, and the home was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the location was incredible. 10/10 would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at window in Las olas. 2nd time visiting hacienda iguana and I didn’t think it would be possible to top our first trip but we decided to stay at a different house and boy, this place exceeded our expectations - very clean, spacious, and directly in front of Playa Colorados. Highly recommend doing a catering option for food if you’re traveling with a group of people… ask for Martha! James was so easy to work with and we all are excited to book again next year!

Amy’s place was wonderful! It’s the perfect spot for a quick getaway to enjoy the lake. The views are amazing and it’s a short walk to get to the water. My family and I loved our stay at Amy’s and would certainly visit again.

We enjoyed every part of our stay, from the amazing people to the food as well as the breathtaking view especially the sunset. Kimla’s team were very helpful and made our trip to SJDS relaxing and smooth.

Cara's place is just behind the houses on the beach and a quick 2 minute walk to check the surf. The kids love hanging out on the hammocks and the pool while waiting for Yor to finish cooking her wonderful meals. the house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s Place, very accomodating is an u restatement. The furnishings, the gated community surroundings, the VIEW!!! Having the pool and restaurant on site made our stay very easy. It was a privilege to stay here. We will be back for sure.

This place is amazing! It’s perfect for big groups , the kitchen is fully equipped. Master bedroom is beautiful . Easy access to the property . Host was constantly in communication. 5 stars!

Perfect location! Right next to the main square. Tania the property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating!

The property itself is beautiful and secluded enough to get away from the noise of the town, but also close enough to easliy walk to wherever you need to go in town. The pool was perfect for us and the patio is a great place to hang out. The three dogs on the property were very charming (my sons favorite feature of this place) and also provide an additional layer of safety. Mary Jane is a friendly, extremely communacative and helpful host. The whole experience was lovely, and if we return to SJDS we will stay here again.

This place is a paradise! It’s great for large family it’s so well equipped it was heaven you feel like in a hotel but it was so cozy and just every single detail was just amazing !! Whenever we stay in Granada definitely this is my place to stay !!!

The house is very nice, it is a short walk to the beach and the place has restaurants. I will definitely go there again.

Kori's place was beautiful and very comfortable for the hubby,2 kids and I. Room are very spacious and full kitchen (take your own spices if you need to cook ) The resort offers spa services I got a massage and my 12 yr old a lovely pampering facial. The pool is pretty b8g and warm.We had the pool mostly to ourselves there's also a play area for the kids.Night walks are nice,peaceful and cool not hot at all. There is NO HOT WATER. Yes they do charge for light separately but we paid $50 for 3 nights with all three A/C running and we cooked breakfast and dinner daily.We had 1 small issue and contacted our host Kori and the issue was fixed right away. All in all a beautiful place to stay would come back in a heartbeat and we got a great deal booking through airbnb. Thankyou Kori.

We loved this house. The information provided about the area was super helpful, we loved Treecasa, the house was lovely and comfortable. We extended as long as it was available and would have stayed longer!
