Bungalow vacation rentals in Nicaragua

One of the best places Ive ever stayed at. Great host with a great team. Lots of communication and the house leaves nothing to be desired. I will definitely go back. Recommend.

Ramon’s place is very special. If you’re looking for luxury this is not the place, ( you can always pop next door for a dose of that), but if you want to stay somewhere that is more in tune with nature and incredibly beautiful to boot then this is definitely worth the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and left feeling relaxed. Ramon’s passion for the preservation of the jungle is admirable and of massive benefit to the whole island.

We loved our stay at Steve's. The AC worked great. We had the second bed set up and it was really nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It was really remote and no wifi - great place to unplug. Short walk from Nahualapa.

Absolutely amazing location and value for money. Right on the beach, super chilled location and really good communication from Kent. Would definitely recommend, especially to surfers.

We stayed with Ramon on a long backpacking trip with our six-year-old daughter. For us as a family, it was the perfect place: very special, individual accommodations, a beautiful beach and a lot to discover on the large property. We found Ramon and Judith's friendly and quiet manner and the great, home-cooked food particularly pleasant. They take care of each guest individually and cater to all needs. We would come back to this little paradise anytime!

Dana's place is right on the beach, and a lovely spot to enjoy the Pacific ocean! Her family is amazing - Mario, Lucy, Angie and the boys are the most amazing family. They truly were there for any little thing anyone might need, and they sincerely wanted to make my stay amazing. The house is literally three doors down from a great restaurant with some of the coldest beers in Nicaragua. There are two lovely hammocks, and two private bedrooms. One private bath with hot water and the best of all - an outdoor shower. I can't say enough about how wonderful this family is! Unfortunately I had to leave early - and they were all there to see me off. They are absolutely incredible! I can't wait to return. Staying at Troy’s Place was fabulous. Little Corn Island is a very special place. Troy’s Place was comfortable and had everything you could need for a fantastic stay. It is situated on the windy side of the island which was lovely to have the breeze. The view from your front yard was beautiful. Our host, Connie, was so helpful and kind. She arranged snorkelling and fishing for us. I’ve never had great experiences snorkelling but she came along and gave me a couple suggestions which made for an easy and incredibly memorable experience! Our stay was great and I look forward to returning!

We had an amazing stay in Casita #2. Nica and Benjamin were really responsive and helpful! A huge thanks also to Alex and Wuilber (the locals on the property) who were soo helpful for many things we needed in our 2 week stay. The place was super nice. The location is awesome with the beaches and a few coffee shops arounds. But, we do recommend renting a car or a scooter (NicaRenta are super friendly)! Having a pool on the property would be a huge addition, but Selina will probably accept you if you consume drinks / food!

The place has a good vibe, feels well taken care of. One of four cottages set next to each other. A nice front porch w rocking chairs and a spot with a hammock under an open air roof. We only spent one night en route to somewhere else but I wud def go back for a more extended stay. A nice big comfortable bed. The pool wud b nice except it was not very inviting as it seemed cloudy and kinda dirty even tho the pump was always running. The beach is really close so it doesn’t matter much. A really cool, sparsely populated broad cove beach. Important to know that there is only one restaurant and the Saturday we were there it closed at 5! Thank goodness we happened to ask the hostess who told us that at 4:30 and we hustled down just in time for dinner. She said u basically had to go back the 45 mins to San Juan if u missed it. Also there is no drinking water. Thankfully we also asked about that right before the hostess left and she went and got a five gallon bottle for us for 100 cordobas.

The bungalow is beautiful. Beautiful construction made of quality local materials. 5 minutes to playa Madeiras. If you feel like surfing, this is the place. Lots of atmosphere. The accommodation is definitely worth a visit. Really comfortable with a huge king bed. Only downside, the location is really hard to find. It should be much clearer where the bungalows are and also communicate, in advance, the contact details on site.

The setting was beautiful. Quiet at night with incredible stars as no light pollution. Make no mistake you’re in the jungle sharing space with the primary residents….birds, cane toads, and so many butterflies. Not luxurious but absolutely comfortable. Walking distance to great local restaurants and motorcycle rental. We had an awesome stay and highly recommend this rental.

Very good value for money. The kitchen and fridge are functional. The place is quiet and peaceful. The terrace with the lake and volcano views is beautiful! Ojo de agua and a beach are within walking distance. Possibility to rent a scooter on site at the lowest price that can be found on the island. Very good scooter, practically new. The hosts are lovely, good advice. Recommended!! 🙏😁 Thanks for everything!

Really nice place, quiet, beautiful view, comfortable spaces, the rooms were spacious and the house really clean with everything we needed. The club house was 5 minutes away by car from the house so we enjoyed restaurants and visited other beaches close by.

This place is a little slice of paradise! The kitchen/ living area and two ensuite bedrooms are tastefully furnished, super-comfortable and well-designed. The plunge pool is lovely and the garden is beautiful, buzzing with birds and butterflies. The whole space feels private and luxurious. We had a wonderful time here with our adult daughter and her friends, who stayed close by. We went to the beach, hung out at Surf Coffee, Sun Slice and Free Spirit, had a surf lesson, yoga class and £5 pedicures. The local community was friendly and welcoming. Katie answered all our questions quickly and seemed able to supply anything we wanted. Mama Andrea popped in to do the cleaning and laundry and was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
