Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

The whole family had a luxurious stay at an affordable price~ The condition of the accommodation was really good Dyson dryer is the best of the best +_+ Thanks to the large swimming pool, I had fun without even knowing the hardships! They rented out water play equipment, so I was able to reduce the luggage~ I want to use it again if I come back.

It was a truly unregrettable choice. They were so kind and explained well Everything was perfect, from breakfast to the car. I was a little worried about the old accommodation problem, but With no worries, we loved it. My parents were also very satisfied. It was a happy family trip~~~ I really want to come back again. ^^

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

I was very surprised by the price of this house because it is a high-end and comfortable accommodation. Additionally, its location is very good as it is within walking distance to shops and My Khe Beach. I really like this place. Thank you Mr. Thao for welcoming me warmly, you're a kind host.

I absolutely loved my time at Airbnb. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even offering the convenience of early check-in and late checkout, which made my stay all the more pleasant. Excellent stay! Hannie was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. The place was pleasant, tidy and spacious - very comfortable beds, excellent shower (I love some good water pressure), and quiet compared to other places in the area. But by far my favorite aspect was the view from this place. The patio looks out over the beautifully designed pool, and the view stretches across forest nested villas, over the ocean, and all the way out to the Sơn Trà peninsula. You can see the Lady Buddha easily on a less than clear day. The place is populated by quiet residents and travelers. The area surrounding the pool is serene and beautiful. It's only a short walk to the beach, which was also very clean and has a nice grassy area where we were able let our pup run free. I didn't visit the restaurant there, but it's certainly a nice looking place. Last thing - even though it's not near many restaurants, grab will deliver to this place from anywhere in Hội An or Đã Nẵng!

I had a lovely stay, I really liked the large balcony area, I could see the sun set in the distance and always nice to get fresh air. There are shops, coffee shops, gyms and restaurants close by. Everything you need. A cosy spacious studio apartment at a good price.

Great apartment with a very convenient location — just a couple of minutes from the beach, yet far enough from the first line to be quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of excellent cafes with Asian and European cuisine within walking distance — you can try something new every evening. A nice bonus was a quality massage salon just a minute away from the building. The staff were very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. A wonderful place to stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Thi Hien’s place is located in the best area of Da Nang. Only 3 minutes away from My Khe beach, by foot! This area is bustling, clean, beautiful, has the best crowd and has many options to eat from if you are a foodie and love exploring cafés. Talking about the BNB, it was clean, all appliances provided were working well, with a view of the beach from the balcony. The host is warm, welcoming and very approachable. House is decorated well and extremely comfortably. For the price we paid, it was a steal deal! I would definitely recommend it to travellers on a budget.

I am Korean. I traveled to Da Nang alone and used it for 4 nights. It was as comfortable as my own home, the room was so neat and pretty, and the tableware and bedding were also nice. The staff on the first floor was also kind. They saw me off until the end, and I was satisfied with the accommodation. There were also many local restaurants nearby, so it was fun to look for good restaurants.If I go to Da Nang again I want to live in this accommodation for a month.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this place. It was very convenient to have a large table, two chairs, and an additional countertop along the wall where I could also sit and work on my laptop. At first, I was a little surprised that the shower and toilet were not in separate rooms, which caused some humidity from the shower to go directly into the main room. But overall, it’s a good accommodation option for a short stay.

this apartment building is on my favorite block in da nang plenty of things accessible right outside. the beach is one main street away. I didn't hear any parties going on . the hosts made me feel very welcomed and assisted me every point of my stay and were very kind. the views on the back side of the building are very nice as well if your able to see over the neighboring building on your floor.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I was able to move quickly wherever I went. This is the listing I'd like to use again the next time I come to Da Nang.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location in Hyatt, and it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was perfect! The swimming pool was close by, and the playground was connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really kind, and he responded quickly, so there were no inconveniences~ I'm going to book here next time!^^

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).
