Really great stat at Windmill Farm. Our two boys (5 and 3) loved seeing the chickens each morning and having the farm park so close by was great. They could have spent hours in the excellent soft play barn - and we didn't even get round to all the activities available on the farm. Cabin was lovely, and Stacey and Stephen were really helpful. A great place to stay with two young kids!

We had a great stay at Sam’s place for a friends holiday, the cottage was spacious for 8 of us plus one infant with plenty of parking available. The surroundings are beautiful and there were some lovely walks directly from the cottage. Sam was really responsive to any questions we had. We also organised a grocery food delivery for our arrival which worked really well so would recommend to others too! The hot tub was excellent and the cottage felt very private considering the buildings around it. Would highly recommend so thank you! ☺️

A lovely little stay for our 1st wedding anniversary. The cabin is very cute and cosy with everything you need for a short stay, there were lots of little extras and thoughtful touches included that made it feel special, and we loved that it was pet friendly 🐾 Handy walks nearby and lots of choice for running/cycling routes too. A comfortable stay followed by a great breakfast at the Bowden stores as per Amie’s recommendation. We are hoping to make this an annual visit!! Thank you for having us 💕

Highly recommended! Beautiful cottages and location, perfect for our group holiday. The kitchens were equipped with all we needed, the accommodations had great showers and comfortable beds. The garden is an amazing outdoor space perfect for summer dining. We really enjoyed our stay and Kirsty was a brilliant host, she was really responsive when we messaged. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the cabin. The cabin itself is beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean with all of the amenities you need. It is obviously very well looked after and the surrounding garden is stunning. The location is ideal as it is walking distance from a lovely local pub and not too far from the city centre. Hannah was a great host and really responsive right from the time of booking. We would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking for a chilled weekend retreat in the peaceful countryside.

I stayed at this lovely apartment and had a great experience. The location was perfect with just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed, including a great kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. I’d definitely stay here again!
