Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Newport

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

I was pleased with my stay and would come back. The space was comfy and clean, loved all the twinkle lights and the kitchen was very well equipped! One note: being on the bottom floor means that you will hear noise/other guests walking on the floor above you. One night, the folks above were quite active until after 11pm. It was not a huge problem for us but if you have an early flight/departure, please take note! Other than that, we truly enjoyed the space. Go visit: the poke restaurant and also the bakery (Oat Bakeshop) within 3 blocks of this house. BOTH were excellent!

This home is gorgeous! The design is beautiful, with gorgeous floors that add so much character to the space. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated—from the soft linens and big, fluffy towels to the high-quality toiletries that made my stay feel like a home. The bed was stupid comfortable and the room was peaceful and had a fan for those of us like myself who can’t sleep without a fan. I also loved having some coffee and a coffeemaker readily available, because waking up to no coffee/forgot to grab some at a store sucks and who wants to spend money and wait on ordering just a quick cup of coffee. And the aroma of the coffee filling the home is better than coffee in a paper cup. This stay felt like what Airbnb used to be - a home with amenities, not an husk of an apartment with no creature comforts, single ply toilet paper run some capitalist jerk with $ in their eyes only. Hospitality matters!! Everything was comfortable, stylish, and welcoming. Highly recommend

Had a great stay at this centrally-located Providence listing. He did a great job of personally meeting us to show us amenities, point out items of interest and directing us to parking. There were linens stored in a few spots in the unit, but might have been nice to have thick bath towels in both bathrooms. A very small point, admittedly. We would definitely stay again and recommend this unit and host!

I am absolutely in love with this place. I live about 30 minutes away and had a staycation with some friends who came to town, and this was everything we could have wanted! It actually felt bigger than the photos and was plenty big for 3 people. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. As a local, I will say this location is perfect for anyone wanting to go to Newport, but be just outside of it in a quiet space. You’re close to one of the best beaches (second beach) and very close to Newport restaurants and other sights. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends who come to town!

Dionne was easy to work with and her rental was perfect for our family. We had 6 people and while the space was cozy and homelike, there were plenty of places to find some personal space when needed. The home was so well equipped and we were able to start our vacation right away without having to track down extra items, like dish soap or tissues. All the thought that went into hosting was very appreciated.

Jane's place was exactly as described. Neat, peaceful, and not far from our activities. She was proactive & responsive. It was the perfect spot for a birthday 3-day weekend stay.

Chris has a beautiful place and she has taken care to make it very comfortable and inviting. We loved our stay there. Set back in the trees with beautiful landscaping, we immediately felt at home. Inside, the huge windows brought the outdoors in. My kind of place. She has provided lots of little extras that so many places don't have. We got to meet her and Biscuit when we arrived. Made us feel welcome! The bed was comfortable and sleep was easy in the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and toiletries in the bathroom was a definite plus. Keurig coffee maker with a variety of choices in coffee was perfect. Also cereal, oatmeal and yogurt for a quick easy breakfast met our needs. If you like to read or work puzzles, she has supplied all you could ever need! Unfortunately, we didn't have time for that. But we would definitely book her place again if we ever get back to Rhode Island. :-)

Zero complaints! Looked just like the photos, host was very responsive. Nice area, private but close to a bunch of things. Very Spacious and has a small backyard.
