Traditional Countryside Cottage

AnnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
At Jack’s place they have tried to think of absolutely everything that would make a visitor feel at home. We loved the peace and quiet, the fluffy big towels and were bowled over by the generosity of all the extras provided. Not only was the bathroom equipped with everything we could have needed, but the fridge offered all sorts of staples and treats to last us several days. They really did go the extra mile; nothing was too much trouble. A terrific place to stay.

Cosy apartment in a farm house

AshleyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Virginja was a wonderful host who has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly want or need when staying in her lovely cottage. Every detail was thoughtful and went above and beyond the traditional Airbnb experience. Her cottage which is attached to her home is a little off the beaten path but was a great central area for us when day tripping to Killarney, Cork etc… You cannot beat the amazing views of the hillsides surrounding her home. Again, I cannot emphasize enough all the effort she has put into making our stay comfortable and abundant. I highly recommend her cottage when travelling in the area.

Two Hearts Log Cabin

DickieRating, 5 stars5 days ago
A wonderful friendly family. This little cabin is a gem and well out of the way but just bear enough to Killarney. The wonderful sound of birds and the scent of wild garlic. I slept so well. Ideal for a lone traveller who wants to be in the countryside. I couldn't recommend this spot enough. There is no TV but thats a good thing. The WIFI is excellent. The family even left me out proper coffee grinds which was a winner for me

The Don's Country Haven Ballydesmond P51 A6K0

This place was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a central location to call “base” that is quiet and peaceful but within easy driving distance to locations like Killarney, Cork, Dingle and Ring of Kerry, this is the place. The store next door was super convenient for essentials and has petrol! Everything was clean and exactly as described. Beds were very soft after a long day of adventuring. Hosts were very responsive and it’s very apparent they thought of everything a family would need with the house. If we return to Ireland, this is where we will stay.

Private and magical Kerry garden studio

Beautiful and cozy accommodation, we found everything as described or as we can see in the photos and felt comfortable there. Angela was very friendly and gave some tips and recommendations, and we were also allowed to use the grounds around the accommodation, which especially pleased our dog. All in all, we are happy to recommend the property.

Luxury farmhouse

A Magical Stay on CastleIsland – An Unforgettable Experience! Our two-night stay on CastleIsland was absolutely magical. From the stunning scenery to the charm of the working cattle farm, everything about this place was truly special. The house itself was gorgeous—spacious, full of character, and incredibly comfortable. It struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. What really made our stay unforgettable was our host, Bernie. She was so warm and welcoming, and her thoughtful touches made all the difference. We arrived to find a lovely selection of breakfast supplies—fresh bread, eggs, and other local goodies—which made our mornings feel extra cosy and relaxed. Waking up to the surrounded by lush green paddocks and grazing cattle, felt like stepping into another world. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone wanting to switch off and enjoy a true taste of the Irish countryside. Thank you, Bernie, for sharing this beautiful spot with us.
