Wonderful stay in a really nice property. Excellent location which was, for us, within walking distance to a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants and downtown. It was our first time at St. John’s and David’s bnb was the perfect bnb for our group of five people. The place is better than the pictures and the house had everything for a long stay.

We stayed at the Arthur house for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Everything was super clean and Nicole left great recommendations of things to do nearby. Was a great location, with amazing restaurants and bars nearby! Nicole was super responsive, overall would highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at this place, the kids liked it. The house is located in a peaceful and secluded location, while being close to all activities to do. The unit itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly suited for a large family. The accommodation is located in the city center, a few steps from the sea/beach. The host is extremely friendly and responds quickly to any questions we had. Will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Ginette was very easy to communicate with. Her reply time is very quick and greatly appreciated. She was very accommodating when requiring additional space and our workers loved the place. We had a few workers stay from Nova Scotia and said the local area was nice and what made it better was staying in such a warm, welcoming place. Should we return to the area, we would definitely book Ginnette's place again.

This was the second time I’ve rented this location and once again, it was perfect! Easy to walk to grocery stores, to the mall, and along the waterfront. This time around I really appreciated the large space, many mirrors and ironing board and iron. There was three of us getting ready for a family event and it was a breeze to do so in the large space. It had everything we needed.

We travelled over from PEI to attend the MUN Graduation. Bethany was great to respond with any questions, the house was lovely, clean, comfortable. Bethany supplied some nice snacks, some rain ponchos if needed (luckily we had no rain), some bathroom essentials in the event we didn’t pack any. The beds were comfortable, the location was great. Parking was no issue and parking pass was provided. Overall we had a great experience. Thanks Bethany for prompt responses and ensuring we had everything needed for a great holiday.

Our stay was great. The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Host had everything you could need there. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Kelly was very quick to respond to us. We never spoke in person but by text was fast and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and extremely clean place you should book kelly's place.

Alex’s place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. We like being right downtown and walking distance to our favourite places…Piatto’s, the Shamrock, Bagel Cafe, Signal Hill. The Mexican restaurant next door is a new favourite. The kitchen was nicely equipped and well laid out. The couch was comfy after a long day and we appreciated the blankets for relaxing. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Lots of games for rainy days. I couldn’t find the hairdryer and Heather was quick to assist. Also had to add an extra day to the reservation and Alex quickly approved. Parking was no problem. There was always space on Boggan or Henry. I would stay here again.

Michelle’s home is absolutely beautiful and was such a comfortable visit. Everything was clean and tidy, the house is very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed to feel right at home- not to mention the beautiful decor! The home is located in a great part of town, so we had quiet and peaceful stay. Michelle was so helpful with her instructions and even had everything labelled for our convenience. A perfect place. Ideally located within walking distance of the downtown. The location itself was extremely peaceful. We enjoyed the three bedrooms with ensuites. The kitchen was ideal for us to create fancy meals. The sitting room had very comfortable furniture. All in all an excellent stay.

Myranda’s Airbnb felt like home. Everything we needed was there, and was easy to find. Absolutely no issues at all.
