The family will love this great space with lots of room to enjoy each other’s company. You can kick back and relax . Close to shops, Erina Fair 10 mins , Avoca 10 mins and Terrigal 15mins . The waterfront is a close walk. Kantara Chapel is just around the corner, close venue for bridal group/family. Bring the boat to fish the Brisbane waters or take in many board walks and national parks in the area. We are onsite sometimes during the year in granny flat dependent on season and our travels.

Ducted air conditioning through out, Smart Tv ,WIFI, dishwasher, large deck and BBQ also laundry with washing machine and dryer. Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Owner lives in front house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED

Spa in the valley.

This is a newly built house about 8 minutes walk to heart of town and a ten minute drive to the vineyards. Most tours will pick you up from the house. Spend a day touring the vineyards then sampling wines in the outdoor spa. Please remember this is a suburban area so no loud music or party’s. Please not due to previous problems I will be unlikely to allow groups in their 20s
