Lovely apartment, short walk from the city centre. Loads of places to eat, definitely not short on choice. Parking a bonus, central for getting out and about.

Great location and comfy apartment and thoughtful that they had put fresh milk in the fridge and provided cereal and tea. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything you need is provided and more, such as eggs from the hosts hens! The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any communications. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area in the future 🙂

Excellent property in the heart of Stamford. Apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay. Decor is cool with a traditional twist. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

We loved our stay, in a cute little village close by to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, a fresh bakery/deli, and shops! The apartment is really cosy and we didn't want to leave. Plus the bed was super comfortable. Steve was really accommodating and allowed us to check out a little later too!

Cosy quirky upstairs apartment in a cul de sac of houses. Centrally located but extremely quiet and neighbourly. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Perhaps some new rugs needed in bathroom.

The flat fell safe and secure, check-in was easy, and there were no problems throughout my stay.

Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location. Very close to the cathedral and all shops and restaurants, with a parking space too which makes life so much easier. We will definitely return!

Great Airbnb with great hosts. Very communicative, friendly and helpful. The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only thing to note is that it is not very soundproof from the noises of the street (birds, university kids out and about, etc.) so I would recommend bringing some ear plugs.

Great stay once again.

Immaculate and spotless place, convenient location for city centre and Peak District. Lots of space and well equipped. We travelled with a baby, so the travel cot was convenient. Quiet, but could hear neighbours' TV and movements at times. Would definitely stay again.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Everything was just as described and shown on the pictures. Extremely spacious and very clean. So peaceful and sitting in the chairs in the morning looking out the window was beautiful! Katie was extremely responsive. Only a couple of minutes drive into the local village which was lovely to explore. Will most definitely be booking again!

Great place and the owner/s were very helpful with information and responsive with messages. Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places.
