Villa vacation rentals in New Providence

Honestly pictures and reviews do not do the property justice. Timothy’s place exceeded our expectations in every sense. My husband and I love all inclusive resorts but wanted something more peaceful and intimate for our 10 yr anniversary and this place was perfect! We saw a total of 3 people on the beach the whole 5 days we were there and they were locals that were just walking their dogs on the beach and then in minutes they were gone. The water was so clear and calm enough to swim in and just enjoy the shore. We brought our small portable speaker and just enjoyed the view for hours on end every day. Timothy recommended a local place to eat which we tried and loved and went back day after day, “Louis and Steens”, coffee was great so was breakfast lunch and dinner lol. The Villa itself was just as the listing and was spotless and comfortable. Timothy had a few goodies, waters, fruit and juice when we arrived with a written note as well, he was super welcoming and made us feel at home.

We just returned from our 7 night stay. Deborah was great before and during our stay, answering any questions, meeting us upon arrival, providing great local suggestions, and always keeping us updated on power outages (they do not last long). The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples – three private bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The pool is where we spent the majority of our time, and a few of us spent time on the beautiful private beach. We ventured to many of the local hot spots – Twisted Lime & Spritz Bar being our favs! The only thing we can find that impacted our stay, was the grill not being operational. Huge shoutout to the amazing taxi drivers – Neil, Chadson & Nevado! Definitely had a blast with those guys and highly recommend them! Would be nice to provide a small vacuum for guests, but that did not impact our stay - just a thought! :)

1 week later and I’m home sick for this villa🥹. The pictures do not do this place justice. The accommodations are amazing. I saw comments about the yard, although there were leaves and flowers on the floor outside I did note the time of year. If u live around flora, you’ll understand that abscission is normal. A special thanks to Kent and Scott who are great hosts and were most responsive. We were a party of 8 and we were all comfortable. This is my forever home in Bahamas 🫶🏽

We had a wonderful stay at Bayshore Close! The home was well-appointed, looked just like the pictures, and was perfect for our family trip. The host was very responsive, and ensured that we had everything we needed. We look forward to booking this home again in the future.

Had an amazing time the views from the balcony and outside of the house were phenomenal. Rooms are spacious and clean as well as the bathrooms. Plenty amenities around the house for leisure activities. Would definitely recommend this stay, worth every dollar!

I really appreciated Jean. She was flexible with us, with check out times, and was extremely helpful throughout our visit. She responded to every question quickly and even arranged for us get to and from the airport which was so kind. The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. We walked everywhere, including to the beautiful Cabbage Beach. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

This is a very nice property located in one of the best parts of the island. Half of block away from a really nice small beach with reefs where you can see fish and crab. Pristine crystal clear waters that reach your knees. 12 minutes from Paradise island and near pharmacies and grocery stores. Clean as a whistle, A/C in all bedrooms, comfortable beds, TVs everywhere. Nice home out of home ambience.

We absolutely loved our stay! Michelle was an exceptional host – incredibly responsive and always ready to assist. The place's location couldn't be better; everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

I have to say this Villa is just as pictured. The beach is literally steps across the street, very quiet and clean beach that yes you can use all day!! I see some reviews stating this was an unsafe area. This is so far from the truth. We were here for 5 days, not one time did we feel unsafe. Also seen one review said something about the venue down the street having loud music. I can also say we didn't experience anything loud music. There was a band at Travellers Nest down the street but was far from disruptive. It was quite the opposite we sat on the patio and enjoyed the free experience. When we went inside you couldn't hear it at all, and it stops around 10 PM. If you are looking for a quiet beachfront place, book this one. We absolutely loved it! We will be back and stay here!! We have stayed at hundreds of Airbnb's and this one was great. It was clean, beds are comfortable, host is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. Even gave us local recommendations that didn't disappoint.

Excellent property Excellent location Excellent Hosts !!!!

We were an American family traveling to Nassau/New Providence for the first time and did not want the resort experience. We wanted a safe Airbnb, and somewhere we could have as a home base to explore the more quiet and tranquil parts of the island. Geno's place was PERFECT for that. It is gated with a person to check you in and out when coming and going, a small convenience store across the way with really kind women who run the joint, a supermarket nearby for access to groceries (albeit a bit expensive), and the Pink Octopus in a neighboring community for cocktails and an ocean view. There is a small beach but it's decent, better beaches are a drive- Love, Jaws were our favorites - 35-40 minutes but it's island driving and you get to see how Bahamian life really is. Nassau and Paradise Island are a much shorter drive, but more loads of people. The house is clean, cozy, and well decorated. The pool is great! Remember, this is island life, so it's different. And well worth it.

Our stay here was really great. The villa is within walking distance of a few restaurants and the grocery store which makes it easy to get food without needing a taxi or bus. The view from the back to the ocean was beautiful. The beach was not super big but it was isolated and was good enough for the few of us. Cornelia was super helpful during our stay and provided us with lots of resources for things to do while we were there. Having this villa be in a gated community provided all of us with a good sense of security while staying there as well. They also had 24hr surveillance too :)

We had a lovely time at Gabriel's Villa. The views were spectacular, and the pool was an added bonus. Gabriel and Mindy were very responsive to our every need. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved waking up to the views of the ocean. The beach just across the street from the Villa was private and a great place to swim. We loved the H4N app that had all the information and phone numbers we needed during our stay. Downloaded the app before we left for the island and used it every day we were there. Gabriel even recommended a fisherman named Penn, who went above and beyond delivering the catch of the day we ordered for a fantastic dinner we cooked at home. We'll be coming back again.

Peo is a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is beautiful and set away from the main building. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close enough to restaurants, beach and the main tourist area yet far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

Meka was a great host. The home was beautiful and I will definitely be returning soon.
