Monthly Rentals in New Nyanya

Place worked very well for my week-long stay for work! PROS: -Clean -Spacious and comfortable -Host responsive and helpful (I asked for a blow dryer and someone hand delivered one to me in a shopping bag that same day! So sweet) -Good wifi speeds for taking work calls and videos--it dropped maybe 1-2 times for a few minutes during my stay, but very briefly and better than most places I've been in Nigeria :) -Stable backup power source CONS: -The living room could get quite loud during the day--When the power would go out on the grid, other units' meters would start beeping outside the unit, sometimes for hours. The bedroom stayed quiet though -Didn't have hand soap in the unit and only had one roll of toilet paper provided (across two bathrooms, so one was empty). The host kindly provided more toilet paper when asked, but apparently other guests preferred to bring their own soap? So I bought my own. Very minor con! Thanks very much for having me!

WOW, WOW, WOW. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! If you are looking for a place that is beautiful, clean, in central Abuja, quiet, peaceful and EVERYTHING you and your family want, you NEED! to stay at this place. The house comes with a House manager and a house chef (Chef Martins). The house was sooo clean, the foood?? Oh my goodness!! We were fed silly!! Such good people that own and manage this house. If you hesitate for whatever reason and go with another place, I promise you, you will regret it in comparison to the peace of mind and experience you will experience at Raynald's place. This property is meant to be booked ALL YEAR ROUND for their impeccable service!! Raynald, thank you so much. You made my life and that of my friends lives so easy by having this property. Chef Martins, THANK YOU!!! We miss you already and hope to be back soon! If you are looking for a place in Abuja, why not save yourself the hassle and go for this place? V stayed at Victor s AirBnB. It's really nice with most of amenities which also included a TV with OTTs to watch during leisure. Victor is a v nice guy, who was v helpful during our stay. Groceries, church, playground etc r hardly 2-3 minutes. Uber facility is also available. Most imp It's in a safe community. V enjoyed a lot thanks a lot...

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. The host’s communication was excellent, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. One of the best surprises was the thoughtful welcome gift, along with some beverages and food provided to help me settle in easily after my journey. It was such a kind gesture that made a big difference! Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, with great attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip. Highly recommend!
