Vacation rentals with beach access in New London

I had an amazing stay at Krae’s beach house in Montauk! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to Montauk town, making it easy to explore the area. The house itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, which was great for cooking meals. Krae was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Elaine’s airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was situated on the second story of their home with a separate, easy access entrance. Upon entering you are treated with a beautifully decorated, well furnished , living room with a large bay window at one end. When you get closer and look out, you are overwhelmed by a spectacular view of the Narragansett Bay. You are so close, if you listen carefully, you can hear the lapping waves. In the morning, the room is filled with the glorious morning sun. The large main bedroom is equally well decorated and has an equally beautiful view of the bay. The smaller second bedroom is fully functional but does not have the view. The apartment had a one fully functional bathroom and a small but updated well equipped kitchen with everything you needed except a dishwasher. No room. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Elaine and Richard and would loved to stay with them again if we return to Wickford.

very clean and cozy place to stay. for some reason I thought I was renting a little cottage, I didn't realize it was essentially a finished walk out basement but i wasnt disappointed because the place was wonderful and i couldnt even tell anyone was upstairs. patty was super respectful of her downstairs guests. beautiful neighborhood with a small beach within walking distance, its an enjoyable walk and a great spot to launch a kayak or take a dip. central location within reasonable driving distance to many popular RI locations such as newport, Narragansett, and providence. ferry, beaches, state parks, hiking, walkable downtowns, etc nearby.

Best AirBnB ever ! The place was even better than the description. Beautifully appointed with high quality furniture, appliances and bedding. And absolutely spotless. Gretchen was also extremely welcoming and flexible with the arrangements and our last minute changes. Thank you Gretchen!

Kevin is a great Host - very responsible and accountable. We fully enjoyed staying his place. He was always willing to help while needed. The AirBnB is clean and has full of required amenities. We left some stuffs while checking out, he communicated quickly and shipped it out very fast. I highly recommend to stay at his place at East Lyme, CT.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

My friend and I stayed at Clare’s Airbnb in Montauk over the weekend, and she was one the nicest and most attentive hosts we have stayed with. Our room was really nice and contained everything we needed to have a very comfortable time. We really appreciated Clare for her very friendly hospitality and for going above and beyond for us whenever we needed her for something. And she was so lovely to our dog, Chi Chi ☺️ We will def stay at her place again if we make another visit to Montauk! 🐶🐾💕

Claire's place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, cozy and nicely situated on a peaceful street in walking distance to the LIRR train station, the main street in Southold, and a lovely beach with stunning views of the Shelter Island Sound and its surroundings. I would definitely book again!

We loved staying here, it was so close to the beach and everything was so nice and easy! Very clean, well kept, great shower pressure, would recommend to anyone!!

Excellent stay. The Private beach is perfect for families and is an extremely short distance from the house which is convenient. Great view of the ships right from the windows. Stay was perfect

We loved our stay at this beach house. The house was gorgeous, and we especially loved gathering around the huge island in the kitchen. My 5 year old son loved the beach which was just a stones throw away. Would definitely stay again!

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

It's our second time staying at Joe's. We only stayed one night as we were heading out to Block Island, but it's a lovely house with a cute downtown and lots of great restaurants and local businesses. We love Westerly!

Christine’s home was perfect for my family and my friend’s family to stay! So much space and lots of bathrooms which was a plus! I love how the kitchen and living room are one big space to host everyone. The wrap around deck was amazing!!! We had some trouble with the grill but Christine was SO responsive (even though she was on vaca herself!) and sent her handyman over to fix it which was awesome!! Nothing beats the RI beaches and salty summer air. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

Great location! Easily accessible to the beach either via driving or walking. Quiet area. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Just as described, beautiful waterfront location that’s a 5 minute drive to town and local vineyards. Perfect weekend getaway

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

You can not beat this location - quiet private beach right across the street, nice pool and about a 20 minute walk to town or super short car ride. The place is clean, as pictured and John was great to deal with. Will definitely be back!
