Our group had an amazing stay at Chez les Duques! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a group setting. The location was convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this place for groups looking for comfort and convenience.

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. Booked the place with my family for a short staycation. First of all, the place is strategically located and relatively close to the places we visited. Secondly, the room, furnitures, and linens are overall clean and comfy. The kitchen is also well-supplied with basic stuff, with the filtered water dispenser as an added convenience. The listing also offered free pool access to the guests which is great. And lastly, the hosts (esp Vanessa) is very responsive and understanding to my concern(s). Will definitely book the place again and will recommend to friends and families.

Great location, the host is responsive. the building is a bit old but still clean. there are water in the room which is great and some snacks, it helps when you arrive and dead tired to function. overall worth the money I would book again.

MEP’s place at Calathea Place - DMCI Homes was everything I hoped for and more. It felt like a real home —not just another rental or hotel. The unit was exactly like the pictures: clean, cozy, and FULLY furnished with everything you could need, including a washing machine and super fast, reliable internet (perfect for working from home > 80-150/mps). The building had amazing amenities—pool, basketball courts, a convenience store, and even refillable water stations. The location was great too, with plenty of fast food spots, markets, and a supermarket within walking distance. Plus, it’s just a quick jeepney ride to SM Parañaque or Sucat. MEP was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations and I can’t think of a single major thing to fault. Highly recommended! - This place definitely deserves 5 stars and if you stay you would 100% agree. Thanks again MEP!

🌟 5 stars! We had an amazing stay at Joanne’s place. We were greeted with a thoughtful welcome note, which was such a nice touch! The space itself is cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, from a big smart TV and fast internet to a convenient espresso machine. We especially appreciated how, when we asked about a clothes iron, she not only confirmed it was available but also had it prepared and ready for us to use. That level of care really impressed us! We actually wished we could have stayed longer, but we only booked for an overnight stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d love to return again soon. Highly recommend! 😊

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!
