On 250 m² of living space and two terraces with wonderful views of the mountain landscape, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, living room, private sauna and fireplace (free pick-up) is at your disposal. The price base is based on an occupancy of 10 guests. All ancillary costs, underground parking spaces, national park card are included.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Hölzlbauer guest house is in a quiet location at an altitude of about 1700 meters and is the perfect starting point whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press, which provides easy access to the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hiking or mountain bike tours in Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar market at the lift station).
